(Fred's P.O.V)
Once Y/n had fallen asleep I went and had tea with her dad explaining what the plan would be for the next week. As much as I would prefer for us to stay here for the remainder of her pregnancy, she is very stubborn, and I knew if she said just a week it would just be a week. When her father got back, I excused myself as I returned to the house.
One big job Y/n hadn't gotten around to yet was baby-proofing. We had purchased corner covers for all the tables so the first step was finding all the tables and table corners, a lot of our tables were either rounded or packed away, but I knew Y/n would want them all. So I went through the whole house safeguarding the table corners. I removed any low nails left from old portraits hanging.
I added corner guards to the portraits. Next step was covering the hard wood stairs in carpet and the corners would need corner guards they were hazards when the twins started crawling. I unpacked the babies' clothes in the nursery. By then the sun had started to set and I had to return to Hogwarts for dinner.

When I woke up Fred was no longer there, I yawned and stretched getting out of bed and making my way to the family room where my parents were sat on the couch. I sat down next to them resting my head on the arm rest.
"Hey Pup! Sleep well?" Papa asked resting his hand on my back.
"Yeah!" I yawned and stretched.
"It's nearly dinner. Fred will be back before we go." Dad told me.
As if on cue the fireplace lit up and Fred stepped out.
"Good Morning Princess! Are you hungry?" He said giving me a kiss.
"Now that you mention it yes, I am very hungry!" I reply as my tummy growled.
I hopped up of the couch and almost ran out the door. I made my way to the Great Hall with Fred and my parents excited to surprise the others. I waited till I knew everyone was in the hall before entered casually as if I was supposed to be. Everyone was surprised to see me especially the teachers.
I walked up to the table as Auntie Minni summoned two more chairs so Fred and I took our seats. I sat down next to Auntie Minni and Fred sat on my other side.
"What are you two doing here? I thought you would be getting ready for the babies." Auntie Minni asked me.
"Don't worry Fred is still going to head back and get the house ready. I just get to hang out here!" I told her as dinner appeared.
"You are staying here to rest so no going to classes." Fred eyed me knowing what I had planned.
"But that means I'm cooped up in the chambers all day! That's worse than being at home!" I sigh.
"Fine, you can go to class but just be careful no demonstration's, no care of magical creatures no sitting too close to children who sometimes blow-up cauldrons none of that." I kinda zoned out after he said I could as I enjoyed my food.
I spent the rest of the time eating and chatting to my family, a few students got up and came to say hello as dinner went on. After I had eaten dinner I walked around the tables and chatted to students while they ate, even sitting at my old table for dessert to which my aunt shook her head. Not many adults sat with the students but I wasn't no ordinary adult I was a daughter of Hogwarts, there were few of us that had the luck of being a part of the Hogwarts family but when you were you knew you would never be alone.
After dessert everyone went back to their dorms while some of the teacher such as Papa and Auntie Pomona were on night duties making sure everyone was in their dorms by ten. Dad, Fred and I stayed up waiting for Papa while we played exploding snap and other games I enjoyed playing with my parents when I was younger.
I obviously won, I haven't lost my touch in the slightest. My family is very competitive, we had guest over once and we did a game night I swear they walked out crying and my family didn't care we smashed them! As you can probably tell we used to do game nights all the time and game nights were very fiery nights, once Papa had completely smashed us and we didn't talk to him for a whole week...
Once I had obliterated Fred and Dad, Papa returned from night duty and it was time for bed. Fred and I said goodnight to my parents as they went to bed before we retreated to my room. Fred fell asleep rather quickly he had had a long day, but for some reason I found I couldn't sleep. I watched the clock for several hours feeling not a win of sleep so when the clock hit two am I quietly got out of bed trying not to wake Fred while I grabbed my cloak and wondered out of our chambers.
When I was a child there was one place I always went when I couldn't sleep, the one person who would always found me up there died up there so as I climbed the stairs to the astronomy tower all I could think of was my Grandad. When I reached the top, I leant on the railing and closed my eyes, I could almost see him. When I wondered up here he would come and sit with me, I could almost hear him talking to me.
'Couldn't sleep? When I couldn't sleep as a student here I would make my way up here. Did you know it's the only place at Hogwarts that you can actually see the whole of Hogwarts. From the never ending Forest at the back of the school to the gate just over there leading to Hogsmeade. You can even see the Shrieking shake from Hogsmeade. The world is vast and there is always something to explore and it is easy to forget you have people there for you, now head back to bed little one.' He would tell me, more often then not I would be up here after a nightmare and somehow he always seemed to know that and know exactly what to say.
As I watched the sunrise a tear slipped down my cheek. Grandad was right I had people in my corner but it was easy to feel alone.
