The week went by pretty slowly as Y/n spent the time facing her demons. She had spent so much time here with her uncle and Grandad and to know that she would never walk these halls with her Grandad or spend hours talking to her uncle again, the fact her children would never meet the two men was like losing them all over again. A place that had once brought so much joy into her life now brought so much sorrow.

Y/n found it hard to sleep which didn't go unnoticed, she would disappear in the middle of the night and wouldn't show up again till breakfast. She was always so tired, she wouldn't be able to focus on doing anything, and she was constantly yawning. Though Fred wanted her to be around people who could look after her while he was busy, he also wanted her to be getting the proper amount of sleep, it wasn't good for her or the babies. Thursday, four days before they expected to go home, they were packing their things and saying goodbye, encouraging all the teachers to visit them.

When they returned home, it was obvious not everything at home was ready yet but Fred didn't intend to let Y/n help with any of it.

When we got back home, I was so surprised by just how much Fred had gotten done. Between all of the corners being covered, he even put carpet on the wooden stairs, and I could already see that he had repaired some of the cracks that had been there for years. There was a portrait of my grandmother we couldn't remove so instead he had magically sealed the curtains that were over her and put a silencing charm around her so we didn't wake her.

As the days went by I would spend most of the time sitting in a room talking to Fred as he worked. Within the week he had finished setting up everything, even the gifts that kept coming in from friends and family.

Dad visited us regularly when Papa was in class just to try and get us to name both our children after him, he said we should call them Sirius Sirius the first and Sirius Sirius the second. It was nice having Dad come over, he gave us a good break he would tell me all sorts of stories about being a parent and give me hints on how to handle different situations. It meant I left Fred alone to work so he wasn't distracted while also keeping my mind busy.

It was after one of these visits when I was getting ready for bed that I started feeling a odd sensation in my stomach like the false labor pains mixed with the babies kicking. It wasn't enough for me to alert Fred as he worked.

(Sorry just a filler next chapter is longer.)
