Y/n tried to avoid Fred for the rest of the day but he always seemed to find a way to need to be around her. He would often 'accidently' brush past her as he worked just to feel the sparks that shot through his body at her touch. He often teased her about what the lady had said as she turned bright red and looked away from him. At some point George had also over heard Fred and started teasing Y/n as well but he and Lee low key shipped the two of them.
It was about an hour before closing time when a couple walked in, they were around the same age as the four friends. They were actually in the year bellow Y/n, they had meet once or twice before while at Hogwarts but they knew the Golden Trio better then the recent graduate.
Mia and Nicky are Slythrins in their last year at Hogwarts. Despite being in Slythrin neither cared for blood status or any of that that the rest of their house prided themselves on. Mia and Nicky were kind people, they befriended the Gryffindor's golden trio on the train ride to Hogwarts first year. They had managed to stay out of the trouble the Golden Trio often found themselves in so had never met the older witch outside of passing by her in the halls.
The two good Slythrins did have a little dark side, they liked to prank their fellow Slythrins. They had found themselves in detention with Snape on countless occasions. The purpose for today's trip to Weasly Wizarding Wheezes was actually to find something they couulf prank the Dungeon Bat himself. Snape had never liked the two of them and liked them even less when over a year ago they started dating and teaming up with each other to prank the other Slythrins mainly Draco Malfoy.
Mia and Nicky knew that for this prank they needed to consult the experts so they knew talking to an employee at the estimed joke shop would be crucial, it would be better if they spoke to one of the Weeasly Twins as they had pranked the teacher a million times, so as the store had quietened down now they easily found one of the Twins when was leant against the counter talking to the Girl with Chocolate Brown hair.
"Escuse me?" Mia asked as she dragged her boyfriend over.
"Hello! Welcome to Weasly Wizarding Wheezes, I'm Fred and this is Y/n. How can we help you today?" The Wealsy introduced himself and the girl.
"We were hoping to find something to prank Professor Snape with. Do you have any recommendations?" Nicky asked.
"Of course! There is so many ways that you could prank him. The portable Swamp, dyeing his hair but for that you need access to his rooms..." Fred started to ramble before he got cut off by Y/n.
(Y/n's P.O.V)
Fred had so many great ideas about pranking Snape but there was one Prank I had always wanted to pull on my Uncle Sev that I had never had the guts to do but maybe these two might be the key to seeing the plan finally come together.
"Freddie, those are all great ideas but as his niece I've been planning a prank on him for a good 15 years now. I never had the guts to pull it though!" I cut him off before leading the group to the front of the store. "Uncle Sev has only had one love in his life, long before I was born so I never got to see how he acted but, Fred and George developed a love potion that is so strong that even the Dark Lord himself would act like a Teenage girl crushing on the biggest celebrate. Your able to spell it to make them love specific people. I always wanted to spell a potion to make him fall in love with auntie Minni... sorry Professor McGonagall. It would be funny to see how he acted along with see how long she took to snap!" I laugh.
"How did George and I never think of that?" Fred asked me in shock.
"Maybe because you didn't know him as well as I do! Probably assumed he couldn't love!" I say as I picked up the potion to show the couple.
"That is a great idea! Your well knowlaged on the Teachers of Hogwarts! Maybe you can help us with more pranks!" The girl said as she took the bottle from my hand.
"I would love to! As long as you keep my parents out of it! Sirius and Remus Lupin-Black." I told them.
"Deal! I'm Mia by the way and this is my boyfriend Nicky!" She introduced herself and her boyfriend as we headed back to the register.
I rang up the price and the two left with the promise of writing. As the store had gone quiet and they weren't expecting there to be anymore customers they closed up early and took stoke before we headed back to Grimmuald Place for dinner. We ate together as George made fun of us because Fred had spent most of the day following me around like a lost puppy! Probably because it was my first time working in the store... and working in general.
After dinner I headed up to bed to read while the boys went and sat in the living room. I grabbed some parchment and wrote my parents a letter and set it with my owl up to Hogwarts. I changed into my pajamas before realising I hadn't yet added side tables like I had planned. I pulled out my wand and added a simple black one, before adding a lamp on either side and book stand to the one on my side as I hated placing it just on the desk in fear of there being a spilage or something that damaged the book.

I grabbed my book from my desk and curled up in bed to continue reading.

It wasn't till Fred came up and knocked on the door that I put my book on the stand.
"Hey, George has gone home but I thought I might stay the night again if that's okay?" He asked as I sat up in the bed.
"Of course! It is going to take me a while to adjust to this place but having you here has really helped!" I told him not making eye contact with him.
