Chapter 16 ~ Beating Kanto

~Time Skip~

~Golds POV~

I set the Viridian Gym Badge into my Badge case, I set the case into my bag. I have Finally gotten all Gym Badges!! I looked back at the leader, he gave me a nod, I smiled and exited out of the Gym.

There stood Blake and Logan, they both stared at me. I gave them both a small nod. Blake smiled and gave me a hug. "I'm so proud of you" her voice muffled as he pulled back from the hug. "Congrats" Logan said, still remaining in the chair. At least he said something other than ignoring me... "I guess we should go to the pokemart and stock up on some supplies?" I looked at both, Blake gave a small nod. Logan didn't have any Pokemon so I guess he was okay. "But you my friend" Blake poked my nose "Need to heal up your comrades". I smiled and nodded, I quickly ran to the Pokemon Center.

I can never forget the peaceful Pokemon Center music. I walked to the Nurse. "Will you like me to heal your Pokemon?" The Nurse asked with her normal happy tone. "Yes please" I replied giving her my team of Pokemon. She set my team on the healing machine, you could see a pixelated version of each pokemon on the screen. A small chime was heard from the machine, the Nurse grabbed the six pokeballs and handed them to me. I set the team onto my belt, "We hope to see you again!" Nurse pleaded, I returned back to my friends.

Both Logan and Blake were waiting for me at the route that leads to Victory Road. Logan handed me a couple Hyper Potions, Max Repels, and Status Potions. "Thanks" I said looking up at the his blue orbs, he nodded back and headed down the route. Blake followed behind him, thinking about beating the Elite Four sends a small pit of nervousness into mt stomach. Don't back down now Gold, you need to finish what you came for... I took a deep breath and followed behind my comrades.

~After The Elite Four~

Yes!! I beat the Elite Four! I'm the Champion! Hell yeah!

I exited the building, a smile plastered onto my face. Blake gave me a bear hug, I almost fell on the floor! "You Did it!" The female yelled, I kept my bashful smile as I spun the female during the hug. I set Blake back onto the pavement, She looked up at me. Her Silver orbs meeting with my golden ones, she returned a smile. I felt a hand on my shoulder, a swiftly turned to see it was Logan. "You did great, Congrats" He punched my shoulder playfully, I sarcastically winced and rubbed my right shoulder. Logan looked back at me then stared at Blake, why does he always stare at her?

"Guys, Guess what?" The female exclaimed, "What is it?" I asked. "Well.." she began to play with her thumbs "tomorrow's...my birthday" She said poking my shoulder.

Oh shit I forgot

"Well we should go get a room at a Pokemon Center.." Logan exclaimed heading back down the route. Me and Blake looked at each other then followed Logan back to Viridian City.
