4 months after the murders
"New york sound good? Bunch of colleges to apply and they all have fairly good acceptance rates?" Mindy says to the group as they take a new step into maturity and try to find colleges
Chad and Tara agree and continue looking for colleges, Aurelia on the other hand has not even noticed the conversation
"Aurelia? What about you?" Mindy asks the blonde girl noticing her dazed state
Aurelias eyes couldnt move her eyes away from the bench across from them, the bench they all used to sit on. The bench where she spent most of her times with Wes. The bench they all sat on the night after Amber had tried to kill Tara. Nothing in this school had good memories for them anymore but they knew they had to learn to move on. But after losing some of the most important people in her life in under forty-eight hours Aurelia didn't know how to start healing or if she even wanted to.
"Maybe we should go inside?" Tara suggests calmly to the group after noticing the bench Aurelia was staring at wanting to distract the girl
"Sorry, what were we talking about?" Aurelia responds playing with her necklace, the necklace that Wes had bought her the year before, attempting to shut away any of the negative feelings she had a few seconds prior
"New york? Good place to go for college? We already found a few that we could all get into" The black haired girl replied with a soft smile
"East coast! Sounds good to me." The blonde girl said, voicing her opinions to the group before the bell went signalling that class would be starting soon
"Great. I'll send a few of the colleges i found and see which ones we all agree on" Chad exclaims to the girls before closing his laptop getting ready to go back into class

Aurelia didn't have to be the victim of ghostface anymore, she could change her whole personality and have a completely fresh start
"You ready for the party?" Mindy yells from the bathroom after the two finished unpacking
"That's tonight?" Aurelia responds lazily from her side of the room
"Yes? Get ready we aren't missing our first college party" The curly haired girl replies dragging Aurelia out of bed and onto the floor
"Only because you asked so nicely!" The girl replies sarcastically pushing herself up and dusting herself off
