The hospital room was silence besides the monitor running. It was slightly cold which caused Olivia's eyes to open. She blinked a few times before opening her eyes completely. Squinting in confusion as she realized she was laying in a hospital bed. Her body felt like it was on fire. She tried to sit up but was in so much pain. "Hi Olivia" she watched the nurse walk in. "It's amazing to see that you're awake. You have a group of support waiting out in the waiting room for you" she told her. "What happened?" She didn't remember much since the hit and run was a blur to her. "You were hit by a car. You suffered broken ribs and your left arm is also broken but you had surgery. You have a sprain in your left leg. But we have morphine medicine that will help with the pain" she insisted. "I can't... I'm sober" the nurse realized what she meant. "I'll give you a ibuprofen. It will at least help manage the pain but it won't mess with your sobriety" Liv nodded. "Thanks.." she mumbled. "I'll be right back to get that for you. Then we will run some tests" she was headed for the door but was stopped by Olivia. "Can I see them now?" The nurse gave her a smile and a nod. "I'll send them in" she said before walking out.

I don't remember anything

I don't remember anything. I just know my body hurts. The nurse didn't send them in right away. She wanted to run some tests first and let the meds sink in before they were able to come in. The ibuprofen didn't help much but it's better than nothing. Seeing my family and friends walk in all at once made me smile. But the two people I didn't see was Jordan and Spencer.

"Where's Jordan and Spencer?" She asked for her brother and boyfriend. "They'll be here. Right now our biggest concern is you. How are you feeling?" Laura held her daughter's hand. "I feel like shit" she admitted. "Well good thing you don't look like shit" Laura gave her daughter a smile. "Thanks mom" Liv rubbed her hand with her thumb. "We're all glad that you're on the journey of healing. And don't you worry, the one who did this will pay" Layla told her best friend. Liv wasn't really talking to Layla because of what happened with Jordan but she was too in pain to hold any grudges. "I'm just happy that you're all here" she admitted. "I just wish Jordan and Spencer were here..." she frowned.

Mom texted me to let me know that we can see Liv now

Mom texted me to let me know that we can see Liv now. I rushed back to the hospital. I needed a breather because I was just too stressed. When I came back I saw Spencer sitting in the waiting room alone. His head was down as he was leaning forward with his elbows pressed against his knees. I walked over and sat down besides him. I don't think neither one of us are ready to see Liv laid up in the hospital bed with her injuries.

"I feel like I failed Liv as a brother. Though I couldn't have done anything because Alicia and Rochelle had a motive, I just feel like I could've prevented this from happening" Spencer looked up at him. "You couldn't have done nothing J. No one expected this to happen... I just can't go in there right now. I fear how she looks. This is on me. She left the beach house to come to Crenshaw to help me look for Layla" he let out a shaky sigh. "It's none of your fault" they both looked up seeing Grace. "You're being way too hard on yourselves. Right now, you need to be in that room with Olivia because she's asking about the both of you. It's hard to see her like that, don't get me wrong. But she needs the most important men in her life by her side right now" both men stood up and walked up to her. "She's strong and she will heal from this. We all need to continue to show her love and support. I don't give a damn who's behind the wheel because every dog has their day. And it's coming so let's go" she led them into Olivia's hospital room. "Y'all go inside, I'll be in. Just.. I need to do something real quick" Grace sighed and gave him a nod before her and Jordan walked inside.

Spencer's POV

I felt the need to buy her flowers

I felt the need to buy her flowers. It's the least I could do. Tomorrow I plan on baking my moms favorite cake since it happens to be her favorite now. Anything to bring a smile to her face. It's what I need to see right now because I don't know if I could handle seeing Liv laid up in the hospital bed with her injuries. It will only make me angrier. But my moms right.. I have to stay positive right now. I can't act out of anger because it's not what Liv would want.

Spencer knocked on the door before opening the door and walking in. Everyone looked at him as he made his way closer towards the bed. A smile formed on her face when she saw him. He had tears in his eyes from seeing her injuries but he fought through it. "I think we should give them some privacy" Patience suggested. "I'm with Patience" Coop agreed with her. "Sure you are" she said sarcastically. Everyone left the room to give Spencer and Olivia privacy.  "Those are mines?" She was staring at the flowers in his hands. "Yeah.." he walked over and placed them down on the table near the bed. "How you feeling?" His voice was husky. "Sore.. but thankful to be alive" she told him. She could see the pain in his eyes as he looked away from her. He looked down at their hands when she held his hand. "Spencer..." he looked up at her as his vision began to get even blurrier. "I'm okay.." a tear fell down his cheek. "This is my fault. I dated Alicia. I put you in this position" he was guilt tripping himself. "Spencer.. it's not your fault. You didn't know she was a psycho. Stop being so hard on yourself baby" he let out a sigh. "Can I get you something? You hungry or anything.." he wiped his tear. "A kiss for starters would be great" he nodded before leaning down to kiss her softly. He pulled back feeling her hand rest against his cheek. Feeling her caress the side of his face. "Even with a few scars on your face, you're still the most beautiful woman in the world" a smile formed on her face. "Lay with me?" He stood up completely not wanting to hurt her. "I don't know if that's a good idea" he told her. "I'm hurt Spencer. Not broken. I want my man to hold me. Show me love because that's what I need right now. I don't feel so beautiful" she was beginning to feel emotional. "Don't say that..." he shook his head. "Don't say that.." he repeated. He knew it wasn't any room for him to lay in the bed but he thought of a solution. He rushed out of the room which made her believe he left her. A few minutes later he came pushing a hospital bed inside her room. "What are you doing?" He placed it next to her bed. He pulled the handles down so that the beds were lined together. He laid down on the bed on his side looking at her who was looking at him. "I thought you left..." her voice cracked. "I'll never leave you Liv" he wiped her tear. "I'm here til the end of time" he leaned forward to kiss her on her lips.
