Chapter 16: did someone know?

[y/n PoV]

I felt how I came out of the darkness.
It was nothing like I expected. I thought that the dragon would take control over me and my mind would just go blank but it wasn't like that.
Yeah my dragon had taken control I was fully a dragon but I knew what I did and I could control myself.

It just felt like my mind was controlling another body.
It took a second to get the four legs instead of two and the wings and tail but it fell kind of naturally.
I gave the men who held me in chains a look and most of them ran away without thinking twice.
One man tried to hold my tail while the other tried to chain it but I just shook my tail a little as the two men flew away like flys.
I was bigger than most of the enderdragons since I had already died twice and gotten stronger out of it.
Schlatt tried to shoot me with a crossbow and yes it hurt a little but I wasn't gonna give up that easy. I could see that Quackity was hiding behind schlatt like a puppet in Schlatts control.

I felt how something big hit me in my back as I turned around.
I remembered that tubbo always talked about how he wanted to build a nuke someday. I guess he somehow did it and somehow Schlatt had gotten his hands on it.
I looked on the ground as a big thing layed and another one was going in my direction. I tried to fly away but it was faster than me. I tried to make a turn as it was about to hit since maybe it would miss me but it hit my left wing instead.
As I felt the hit come burning I saw Dream, Sap and George running out of the door.
I don't really know what happened after that. I know that I was on the ground when something sharp hit me directly in the spine.

[Phil's PoV]

I walked out from my room as I heard loud shouting.
When I walked out in the fresh air I could see smoke and smell a lot of stuff that was burning. I lifted from the ground as I saw something big.

Like really big. It was black with these green glowing eyes. I saw something chasing it but that was not what I was focused on.
I could see Schlatt and Quackity on the roof. Schlatt was holding something big.
It looked like a harpoon but instead of the spear it was custom netherite sword that was shaped on the sides like a sawtooth to go easy in but would hurt as fuck to take it out.

I looked at the figure in the sky that was getting chased by something that just came closer and closer...
Is that Tubbo's nuke?!!!

The nuke hit the figures wing and I realised that, that wasn't just any flying figure.

THAT WAS MY SON.

I quickly flied towards the big dragon as it crashed on the ground.
I saw that Schlatt was pointing the harpoon on (y/n). I flew in his direction but I was too late. He fired the weapon as the big creature on the ground made a sound that was ten times worse than the death scream of a ghast.

I saw Dream, Sapnap, George and I noticed Karl a little bit after.

They all ran towards the dragon on the ground. They all had tears in their eyes when I came down.
Dream got down on his knees when the dragon took his last breath.
He screamed out in pain as the male figure beside me stood up. He cried but there was something else than that in his eyes.

He looked totally numb besides the redness in his eyes.
He then turned towards Schlatt and took his necklace off and It was some sort of crystal on it. He dropped it on the ground and stepped on the crystal as hard as he could making it break into dust.
But it was something weird about the dust. It started to glow and this really forceful wind came. It started to take the glowing dust with it and go in circles around Dream.
Something happened with the older boy. His skin started to darken while you could see that the boys' bones started to break. The male started to grow.
It all went fast but when it was over Phil saw something he had never believed to ever exist. It was no mob but he had read much in his life and he knew exactly what Dream was for kind of hybrid after holding his ability's for himself for so long.
Dream was a hybrid between human and one of the most powerful creatures from the Greek mythology.
