Chapter 25: The Rich

After the few days off the Hashira had everyone go back to their daily routine. A few weeks passed by before and a Hashira meeting was coming up.

Mitsuri: Thank you for coming to eat with me Yuki-San!

Yuki: Of course Mitsuri-San. *Smiles*

Mitsuri: Well I'll see you at the meeting!

Yuki: See you later *Smiles*

She saw Mitsuri run off happily and Yuki walked around a bit to see what else she could find in their small stores.

Giyu: Ikeda-San

Yuki: Ah Tomioka-San, how are you?

They started to have short conversations as they walked to the Demon Slayer headquarters.

Giyu: Yes I just trained for our days off

Yuki: Ah makes sense.

Sanemi: Bout time you two arrived!

Yuki: We stopped for ice cream

Shinobu: Really?

Giyu nodded and everyone just stared at them in confusion.

Uzui: A date?

Yuki: What no, there was an ice cream place 10 minutes from here, I bumped into Tomioka-San a while ago and we decided to walk here together.

Gyomei: Well they have arrived it's what matters.

After a few minutes of waiting Ubuyashiki finally arrived and now we're just waiting for him to come out. Yuki was between Uzui and Mitsuri. Which was never a good combo and Uzui and Yuki crack too many jokes and Mitsuri adds to the fire by laughing.

Yuki: *Whispers* Uzui-San wanna see something funny?

Uzui: Do you think it's the right time right now?

Yuki: Yes.

Uzui looked at her in disbelief but agreed, Yuki grabbed a pebble from the ground. At this point, Uzui, Giyu, Mitsuri, and Rengoku were looking at her curious about what she was going to do. As she grabbed the pebble she looked at Sanemi.

Uzui: No you're not...do you have a death wish?!?

Yuki: Maybe...but worth seeing his temper tantrum *Snickers*

Uzui: You're right *Chuckles*

Yuki flicked the ball rock making it hit the ground bouncing up and hitting Sanemi on the head.

Everything stayed quiet and Uzui and Mitsuri tried to cover the laugh from hearing that small donk sound. Rengoku looked amused and Giyu well he had his usual stoic face.

Sanemi: What the hell? Who did th-

Before he could finish Ubuyashiki's kids told us that he was he and he started to come out.

Ubuyashiki: Good afternoon my children, it is amazing to have you all here *Smiles*

Hashira: Good Afternoon Master!

Mitsuri: You look great master! I hope you have been doing well *Smiles*

Ubuyashiki: Thank you for your kind words, my child.

He started to talk about missions we have done and they have been successful.

Ubuyashiki: I have a mission for all of you. A wealthy family has requested our protection.
