Information: You and Addison have been having an affair for the past 6 months now. Addison swears her marriage with Derek is practically done she is just waiting to find the right time to divorce him. But what happens when Addison is caught in the on call room with Derek?

"I need an OR! Somebody page Dr Montgomery now! Grey come with me" I began to shout out demands as the baby in-front of me began to cough up blood

Meredith ran to the side of the babies bed. She grabbed a defibrillator and placed it on the babies incubator incase the little girl crashed on the way to the OR. I put the baby under as I placed an oxygen mask over her mouth. I closed the incubator lid and Meredith and I both got our hands on the incubator and began to make our way to the OR

Meredith would not have been my first choice on this as she hates my guts. I don't like her at all as she is a bitch to Addison. So I be a bitch to her on Addisons behalf

I think it is clear as day that Meredith has a crush on Derek. Anyone can see that. But Derek encouraged her behaviour a lot more then he should. At one point Derek went to Meredith to complain about his wife and Meredith was so disrespectful to Addison in front of everybody

She practically told Addison that she was in the wrong of their argument and that she should apologise to Derek as Addison said she wanted kids and she wanted them soon.

Flashback a year and a half ago

"Addison it's a good thing you told him how you feel. You would make an incredible mother" I assured the woman I was in love with

I was sitting down in the cafeteria with a stressed out Addison. She had finally told Derek she wanted to start trying for a kid and he blew up at her. He hasn't been himself for the past couple of weeks and rumours are flying around that he had slept with an intern.

I haven't told Addie about the rumours as she is already stressed out. Plus I doubt the rumours are true I mean Derek loves this woman more then life. They are just going through a rough patch right now

"What if I pressured him too much? He is going to file for divorce isn't he?" She was on the verge of tears

I put my arm around her and let her fall into my touch. She put her head on me as she hugged me tightly. I rubbed my hand up and down her back which seemed to calm her down. She pulled away after a moment and whispered a small thank you for bringing her back to reality.

"You didn't pressure him Addie-" I began but I was cut off by some woman

"Yes you did" A sandy blonde haired woman looked at Addison and I

"I'm sorry who the hell are you" I stood up ready to hit this woman

"I'm Meredith Grey. I'm friends with Derek. He told me about your fight last night. You are putting too much pressure on that man. He isn't ready to have kids yet. You guys have only been attendings for three years! You think now is the time to be having kids? He has barely had a chance to start his work! I suggest you leave him be alone for the time being until he has calmed down as he is so upset right now because of you! Just give the man some space will you?" She yelled at Addison infront of the entire hospital

I seen red in that moment. Meredith walked off and went back to her group of friends who looked just as shocked as we were. I went to go and give out hell to this intern for the disrespect. But Addison got up and left the cafeteria in tears. I chose to follow her instead of dealing with this situation.
