Your POV

Laying in the on call room with her as she holds me close to her chest is just one of the many positive things in my life right now

I watched as her chest rise and fall with every breath she took. It was captivating her eyes fluttered open as she looked down at me.

"Mmmh honey how did you get here? I'm not complaining at all though" She smiled as she held me closer to her

"i had some spare time on my hands and I know you like to sleep after a long surgery so I decided to come lay here with you before you left for the day" I nuzzled myself closer to her

She turned her face towards me so our eyes were now interlocked with one another. Her hand gently cupped my jaw as she smiled and placed a soft kiss on my lips.

I leaned in closer to her touch and let myself relax into her aura, i smoothly guided my hands across to her waist to attempt to feel even closer to her then I was which was physically impossible.

"I should go, I've already been in here for 20 minutes my interns will find me in here with you if I stay any longer" I whispered against her lips as I pulled myself away

Addison huffed a little as she stretched herself out a little after a long surgery. She pulled herself up so she was now sitting upright and began to rub her eyes a little bit

"Go and get yourself a coffee and drive home. I will be there in two hours. We can relax and have an early night" I rubbed my hand up and down her back sensually

She didn't argue with me. I pecked her cheek before I stood up and made my way to the door. I placed my hand on the handle. I turned around to Addison. She looked beautiful, don't say it it's too early

"I- will be home as soon as I can okay? Take care of yourself until then?" I softly spoke before leaving the on call room

I walked towards Miranda Bailey, I looked up at the OR board and seen she had just finished a surgery. Perfect I am trying to avoid doing any surgery's so I can be home in two hours to be with Addison. I will see if she needs help charting!

"Hi Bailey! Is there any surgery charts I can help with?" I smiled cheerfully at her as I waited for her reply

"Did you take something today?" She asked me confused

"What no-"

"Are you uh-" she raised her eyebrows at me

I was the one now looking at her confused but I realised what she meant. I tried to cover my smile as I shook my head at Miranda giggling a little

"I thought you didn't like knowing about what I do in my personal life Miranda" I teased her as I leaned over the counter

"I don't- never mind... you just seem chirpy. It's a good thing, but it would also explain why in gods name you would want to do charting. Surely you want to get in on that triplet-separation surgery?" She spoke calmly as she looked at me unsure as to why I want to chart

"Can't a woman be happy without having sex without having any questions asked?" I asked her jokingly as I picked up one of her charts away from her

"Nope" Izzie stephens popped the 'p' as she joined in on our conversation
