//Hello I have you a song inserted. (As always, I mark again the time to start.) If Wattpad bugs again this is the YT Video:
꧁ ⸺ ꧂It was dawn. Evening had arrived and was just saying goodbye to the sun. Quietly I let my toes sink in the sand and looked at the sea. How the waves came towards me again and again and the water almost reached me. I listened in the direction behind me. Gradually it became quieter in the village. Only a few were still on the way. I had waited for that.
The whole day already it tingled me in the fingers, in impatience on the following night. I still could not believe that my father actually helped me. Never in my life would I have counted on it, and yet it was so.
One last time I took a deep breath of the salty air and stood up with a jerk.
Now it was finally time. I can go to Miles.
...
(🎶) "Miles." I whispered as I jogged crouched toward the bars. "Miles." I looked around carefully but no one had noticed me. By now he had gotten up and was standing at the door. "Y/n earlier there was-." "I know. I know. I'll explain everything later but first you have to come with me." I interrupted him. He nodded and followed what I was doing. "Open it." I demanded as I looked up at him. His hand moved to one of the bars and pushed it forward. With a soft creak the 'prison' opened and finally Miles faced me. Free.
A smile played around my lips. Then I walked towards the forest and waved to him.
...
Out of reach of the village I let myself fall relieved on a fallen tree trunk. A throat clearing sounded which made me look up. "Y/n can you please tell me what's going on?" I inhaled audibly and began....
After a while, I had told him everything. With wide eyes, he stood there looking at me. He seemed to be quite surprised. Which, to be honest, I couldn't blame him. "So what do you say?" I asked hopefully. Miles didn't think twice and nodded slightly. I couldn't help but grin with delight. My jaw almost ached.

Several nights passed in which Y/n and Miles spent time together in the forest. Always undetected and safely hidden from the others. Like a game of a cat and a mouse. Which was kind of exciting. Y/n started with the simple things and first taught the Colonel the more easily parts of their culture. The latter visibly had a hard time...
-(night 2)
"No no that's wrong." I laughed and gently took the garment from his hands. "Look." Slowly I braided the strings together and showed him how to properly layer them. Heat rose in my cheeks as I saw in the corner of my eye how Miles' gaze was only on me. "Miles focus." My voice sounded hotter and broke at the end. "Of course." He returned playfully. I couldn't deny the tension that lay between us.
(Night 4)
"So Eywa is like.. your god?" Confusion spread through me. "God what does god mean? I don't know that word." Miles smiled and played proudly. "See then you can learn something from me too." "Yeah sure." I smiled too and gave him a fleeting kiss on the cheek until I resumed my 'lessons'.
(Night 6)
I thought until another sentence occurred to me. "Okay, and now: I see you." Miles thought for a moment. "Ole nagti kameie." I looked at a flower in front of me and leaned in toward it. "Not nagti 'NGATI'." I emphasized softly, drawing in the scent of the flower in front of me. I heard him sigh in frustration. Then I turned back to him. "Try it again." I smiled and our eyes met. "Ole ngati kameie." Goosebumps came over my body. Hearing those words come out of his mouth like that triggered something in me. For a moment I just stared at him until I cleared my throat in embarrassment. "Well now it was right."

A few more nights passed in which Y/n taught Miles all the customs. Sometimes it worked better sometimes worse but they never gave up.
-"I think you're almost ready." I smiled. Miles pressed his lips together slightly and smiled as well. Then a feeling of discomfort came over me. I lowered my head. "I-." I noticed a large hand seeking mine. "Y/n?" I sighed. "I hope so much that it works. That..That they will accept you. And that we can together-." I swallowed the last sentence. He squeezed my hand in confirmation. I felt that he agreed with me. He didn't have to say anything. By now I knew him well enough to be able to assess it that way. I couldn't help it and had to smile.
...
Quiet voices made me startle. "What was that?" Miles' gaze also became attentive. "I thought they didn't come this far into the woods, and certainly not at night!" I looked around and couldn't see anyone. While we still could, we had to take the chance and disappear deeper into the forest. "We have to get out of here." Miles whispered and grabbed my hand.
We ran through the undergrowth. With each step, the plants and ground beneath us lit up even more. The atmosphere was magical.
"Hurry or they'll spot us!" I giggled.
Out of breath, we stopped and listened, but no one was listening. Again we were alone. When I looked at Miles I couldn't control myself anymore and had to laugh. He also started to grin and laughed lightly.
I walked towards him while he was already sinking down to me. Still laughing, I fell around his neck and hugged his blue body. I felt his warmth and finally also his arms which pressed me additionally to him.
A few moments passed until I broke away again and just stared at him. "I don't deserve you Y/n Sully." His eyelids were relaxed and yet there was so much hiding behind them. I tilted my head, my eyes starting to light up. "Yes you do." I leaned in gently and kissed him. Miles retorted, letting a hand trail to the top of my head. Our lips found a rhythm until the kiss grew more intense. I wanted more.
I abruptly broke away from him. Confused, he looked at me as I pulled out my braid and held it up. "Forever." I breathed, looking deep into his eyes. He pulled his braid forward as well. My whole body was tingling in anticipation of what was about to happen.
Slowly, my hand moved closer and closer to his. My breathing was fast, faster and faster. Not for a second did I take my eyes off Miles.
And then very gently the tape formed. All my nerves exploded and contracted at the same time. I drew in the air sharply. Everything was much more intense like our first kiss. What was happening couldn't even compare to that. Miles felt the same way. I knew it because I could feel all his emotions. His deep inner conflict. His deep, long-buried sadness, but also his feelings in the here and now.
It was overwhelming. Miles sighed heavily and closed his eyes. He swallowed, his breathing irregular. A small soft moan escaped his mouth. (Not in a sexual way!) Then, in a flash, he looked back at me. He was like changed. His big yellow eyes were literally shining. His face was visibly tense.
I also had to concentrate not to cry with happiness. I had never felt anything like this before. Not in the least. It was too magical to be able to describe it.
Suddenly two strong arms pulled me forward. Miles pressed my upper body against his. Then our lips met again. This time more greedily. Even more intense than before. You could think that the rest of the dam was finally broken...
After a while he put his head above on my chest. I, on the other hand, let my cheek sink onto his hair, embraced his whole head with my arms and held him tight. So firmly that no one could take him away from me.

Much time passed in which the two just stayed in this position. Enjoyed their mutual affection they gave each other and their security. But then fatigue caught up with them once again. Y/n and Miles loosened, with reluctance, the special bond and lay down. Not thinking that they actually had to go back to the village...It was done. The two of them. An unequal pair like no other. He the Avatar who had once served the sky people and kidnapped her. She, the failed experiment that wasn't supposed to exist, was bonded forever. Bonded under Eywa
