FRIENDS

"Poppy isn't here right now, so she'll be back later and then I'll introduce you to her! We can go see Frank in the meantime and then Julie and Sally." Wally told the female as he continued pulling her and leading the way.

(Y/N) the whole time listened to everything he said wholeheartedly as she enjoyed watching Wally speak about his friends. He did really seem like a great and caring person and the way he spoke about the others made her aware that he loved them very much.

"Is Frank also your friend?" She asked, since he had already mentioned everyone before except this Frank fella. "Oh yeah, we're best friends." The blue haired male replied once again as he turned to look at her with a bright smile. "I'm sure you'll love him!"

And for some reason, everything that Wally would tell her she instantly believed him without a doubt. It was just something about him. Perhaps it was his charisma.

As they approached this new house, (Y/N) and Wally continued exchanging words as they got to know each other more little by little. He sure did have a lot of fun stories to tell to which she couldn't wait to experience it for herself.

"This is where he lives." Wally said and with (Y/N) by his side, he then proceeded to knock on the door. Though only silence welcomed them after the first few knocks. "Hello..?" Wally called out, but again no response.

"I don't think he's home.." (Y/N) uttered and turned to look at Wally. "He always does this. Silly Frank always playing hide and seek with me." The male chuckled and knocked once again. "Frankkkk."

The fairy with (H/C) hair perked her wings upwards as she heard rustling coming from inside the house. She didn't know if Wally heard it as well, since she was pretty sure not everyone had enhanced hearing.

The door then slowly creeped open and the two little beings outside decided to peek inside the house, considering it looked very dark in the interior. "Hello...?" They voiced out at the same time.

The sounds of footsteps alerted (Y/N) and she squinted her eyes towards where the sound was coming from. Slowly, she could make out a silhouette in the shadows. "Hi Frank!" Wally spoke and before the two could react, something was shot towards them.

"What the-? Ah!"

The two then fell towards the hard ground as a net of some sort surrounded them. (Y/N) had hit her head with the floor and she used her left hand to rub the sore area on her head, trying to ease the ache a bit. Wally wasn't doing any better since he somehow face planted instead of landing on his back like her. She could hear him grunting in pain, so she used her right hand to rub his back comfortingly.

"What just happened..?"

"You're not a butterfly.." This new character walked out of their house with some sort of gun over their shoulders, a disappointed look on their face. (Y/N) could only assume the weapon he was carrying was the same thing he used to trap Wally and her on the net. "Sorry..?" She replied, not knowing how to really react in this kind of situation.

"I apologize, let me help you." Frank carefully helped the female remove the net from around herself, which it had also tangled in her wings. After a little bit of struggling, he successfully released her.

"Hi Frank!" Wally, who was still trapped on the net, smiled brightly at his less colorful neighbor who only glared down at him. "Oh, it's you." Frank sighed, his little bit of energy going away as soon as he saw the ray of sunshine that was Wally.
