Chapter 18

Atsushi has been running errands for the day. Everyone is busy, eager to find Anhasletticia plus the sightings of unusual creatures lurking to the dark added on their list.

Dazai thought that this might be connected to Anhasletticia's appearance.

An alliance between Port Mafia and ADA was signed because Mori is wary of the creatures killing his members and he's also Chihana's friend and she's the very reason why he fully agreed.

The creature looks like death himself. At first they don't seem to be harmful but then the Dark hooded figures started killing innocent civilians two days after the sighting.

The only weakness of them is the light so they advised everyone to stay at home before the sun goes down.

"Oh, Shirotora-kun!" Atsushi turned around to see the lover (?) of the President.

She have a white dress shirt with a lose black tie tuck into her black slacks with a black coat on. Her haircut is the most notable thing about her today.

"Chihana-sama," He smiled. "you got yourself a haircut you look more beautiful."

"Thank you.." She played with the ends of her shoulder length hair. "Where's Kyoka-chan?" She always see Atsushi with the girl.

"She's off to join Kenji-kun on his investigation." he replied. "The agency had a lot of things to digest today especially the new case about the black creatures."

"Oh is that so-" Chihana was cut off by a sudden gust of wind coming from the side walk across the road.

"Atsushi-kun!" Kyoka came off sprinting from roof to roof with Kenji behind her.

"Ability: Beast beneath the moonlight!" Atsushi shouted.

They don't know if its a threat or not so he better make sure it's not.

"Ability: Demon snow!" Demon snow came out with her sword.

"Ability.."

Atsushi's eyes widen hearing Chihana. He haven't seen her ability yet but hearing from Dazai that she annihilated hundred organizations
by herself made him shiver.

".. Beowulf" Her eyes became as red as blood as she feel her power grow a hundred time stronger.

Beowulf. A powerful ability that made its user a hundred times stronger before but it's weakness is that the hero or the user must care about herself only or it won't be activated.

This is the very reason she's not allowed to live happily.

In the other side of the road Athanasia's eyes opened.

It's the same as my old world.

She felt the wind pick up again, then a menacing aura overwhelmed her.

"Princess are you okay?" Ijekiel asked.
"Jeanette?"

Her blue jeweled eyes widen to see a very familiar face from the other side of the sidewalk she's into.

"Mom?" It's like a dream to see her breathing. She wants to hug her and tell her how much she miss her.

Claude stared at her daughter's face then he shifted his gaze on what she's been staring at. His eyes soften seeing the face he thought he'll never see again.

"Did that man became a half tiger?" Felix asked in his fighting stance guarding the Emperor and the Princess.

Chihana charged towards the group's direction leaving cracks on the road. The civilians were long gone running away.
