Chapter 8

Sita : whom ?

Dasarath : of course her husband ! My brother. 

Lakshman : why you killed him papa ?

Dasarath : because he is doing black magic to kill our family become the sole heir of the empire.

Urmila : then how papa got into this mess ?

Dasarath : because he saw them doing that in the forest along Ram. He saved Ram and died.

Ram's eyes are full of tears as he remembered that day.

Sita : then how she died ? 

Dasarath : she died because her black magic didn't work . I can strongly conclude that the events happening in the forest are because of her. So, we must stop her within the upcoming 2 weeks. Or else our whole clan will be dead. Ram is the only one who can stop her. 

Ram : i will papa ! 

Sita : even i will come with you.

Ram thought of refusing but Dasarath insisted him to take her along with him. Even Lakshman told that he will accompany them. 

Dasarath : Ram ! You must find the divine ash which is stored in a bottle and safely hid in the forest. 

Ram : ok papa ! 

Dasarath : we can save our princess nila only by getting that ! We must save our bedevilled princess.

Ram : ok papa !

Sita : papa ! Why you people never announced that he returned ?

Dasarath : because we aren't sure if we could believe him and they didn't reveal about how they spent their life till then.

Sita : ok !

Dasarath , Kausalya and urmila along with Mohan went to mohan's house to be with nila. Bharath is assigned to look after the business and take care of the village. Ram , Sita and Lakshman started their investigation.

Sita : So, that's the only information we have. The first thing we have to do is to know more about her family. 

Ram : yes ! With that we can know about her weakness.

Lakshman : let's try enquiring about her in places well known fir black magic in our surroundings.

Sita : ok !

Ram : no ! We should enquire about her in the village where the babies were swapped by our great grandmother.

Lakshman : ok !

Bharath dozed off in the couch as usual. Mandavi who thought of visiting her cousin's came there. She saw the door's are wide open. A servant welcomed her inside. She walked upstairs and saw Bharath who is sleeping on the couch. She walked towards him and cleared her throat. 

Bharath : Bhabhi ! Someone is suffering with cough. Give some tablet to them. Everyone is ready for disturbing my sleep.

Mandavi looked at him with an unbelievable expression. He is actually speaking with closed eyes.

Mandavi : excuse me ! mr. India !

Bharath opened his eyes and looked at mandavi.

Bharath : oh namasthey ! How are you ?

Mandavi : hi ! I am fine. Where is Sita didi ?

Bharath : in the last room.

Mandavi : thank you !

Mandavi  walked towards the last room of the hallway and Bharath went into the kitchen . He brought a plate filled with snacks to that room. Everyone looked at him . He gave the plate to mandavi.

Lakshman , Sita and Ram looked at each-other.

Mandavi : thank you ! 

Bharath : thank you !

Mandavi : So, akka ! I think we should try to search in that store room .

Sita : why ?

Mandavi : because Dasarath papa locked the room as soon as he came to know that Urmila didi is searching that room.

Lakshman : you are right actually ! Papa never allows us to that room. Isn't it ?

Ram , Bharath : yes !

Urmila went into nila's room and saw nila who is sleeping. She touched nila's forehead and realised that she is suffering with fever. She placed a wet cloth on her forehead and went into the kitchen.

When she came back with a bowl full of porridge she saw something horrible that made her to drop the bowl.
