Chapter 6

Your POV
Lauren and I were going on a movie date today. I don't make a lot of money in my job, but I've saved for a while and I have enough to go out. I figured me and Lauren have been together for about a month now, and I really want her to know what she means to me. I don't really remember what love feels like just because I didn't feel it with Stacy for such a long time. But I know. You just know when you love someone, and that's how I feel about Lauren. She walked out of the back lounge in a black v-neck tee with gray jeans that hugged her gorgeous figure and a black leather jacket. She looked absolutely beautiful, as always "you look amazing babe. You ready to go?" I smiled and held out my hand, and pulled her to the car.

We go to the movie theater and walked inside to buy the tickets. We were going to see Pitch Perfect 2 because we both loved the first one and couldn't wait for the second one. We walked to the concession stand "what do you want babe?" I asked her, smiling "how about we get popcorn and a soda?" I kissed her forehead "do you want any of the snacks?" She shook her head and I bought the popcorn and soda and we went back to the theater and sat down.

The movie finally ended and we walked out and to a restaurant to get some dinner. We just got a big plate of Mac n cheese to share and it was delicious. Eventually, tons and tons of people started filing into the restaurant and swarming Lauren and I, clearly they were fans and I let her take pictures and sign autographs. She sat back down after they finally left "I'm so sorry Y/N, I know this was our time" I smiled "babe, it's ok. But I do have something to say to you" she frowned, I guess she thought it was something bad "I, well I-I umm i know it hasn't been that long, but Lauren, I.....love you" I looked down, scared of her response, she grabbed my hand on top of the table "hey, don't feel bad for telling me the way you feel. I need communication in a relationship. But, I love you too Y/N" I smiled and kissed her as we headed back to the bus with the girls
