"Where are you taking me?" I asked, my voice filled with both fear and intrigue as I watched Dimitri drive towards a massive mansion that was heavily guarded.

As we approached the mansion, my eyes widened at the sight of the numerous guards stationed at every entrance, making me wonder just how powerful Dimitri really was.

With a sudden stop, Dimitri got out of the car and I unbuckled my seat belt, only for him to swiftly lift me up and throw me over his shoulder, catching me off guard and causing me to gasp in surprise.

"Put me down!" I exclaimed, struggling to break free from his grip as he carried me towards the mansion's entrance.

Ignoring my protests, Dimitri marched towards the door, confidently nodding at the guards as they stepped aside to let us through. I couldn't help but feel a sense of unease as we walked through the opulent halls of the mansion, unsure of what Dimitri had planned for me.

"Dimitri I'm warning you!" I demanded as Dimitri chuckled, ignoring my protests. Suddenly, I felt a sharp slap on my backside, making me gasp in shock and anger.

I couldn't believe how this man had waltzed back into my life and my body was foolishly reacting with passion for him. But I needed to stand my ground, for the sake of my baby.

"Stop it, Dimitri! You're hurting the baby," I reprimanded him sternly. To my surprise, he immediately halted and set me down on the ground.

His eyes scanned me quickly, as if searching for any signs of harm to the precious life growing inside me.

I couldn't help but smile at his protectiveness, even if it was just for an embryo. It was clear that Dimitri was determined to be a part of our child's life, but I still couldn't bring myself to trust him completely.

Giving me an annoyed look, Dimitri grabbed my hand before leading me the way. His grip was tight, giving me no room to remove my hand. I could feel the tension between us as we walked, and I couldn't help but wonder what was going through his mind.

Something told me he was dying to stay in physical contact with me, just as I was secretly dying to stay in physical contact with him.

His touch sparked heavenly emotions within me, the desirable urge to pull him into my arms and kiss him passionately overwhelming me greatly. I wanted him so bad, but I couldn't deny the hurt he caused me.

Shortly, we reached upon a double door, to which he opened, revealing an office-like room with a man and a woman. The woman was sitting in the arms of the man, kissing him as they turned their heads to stare at us, who interrupted them.

"Dimitri!" Upon seeing Dimitri, the woman's eyes immediately lit up with excitement, and her gaze widened as she took notice of me.

I couldn't help but notice the striking similarities between her features and Dimitri's, particularly in the form of the man she was sitting on, who also shared the same form as Dimitri and was adorned with tattoos.

As they both scrutinized our entwined hands, I couldn't help but feel a tinge of discomfort. I attempted to remove my hand, but to no avail, as Dimitri held onto it firmly, refusing to let go.

The woman's cheery smile remained as she inquired, "Dimitri, I've never seen you bring a girl here before, and she's quite pretty. Who is she?" She got up from her lover's lap to get a better look at me, her eyes fixed on my appearance.

As I inched closer to Dimitri, my unease grew, intimidated by the presence of these unfamiliar and seemingly dangerous individuals. Their appearances alone were enough to make me feel uneasy, especially the man who looked particularly intimidating up close.
