Severus is going to graduate from Hogwarts
The thought of that excited Lucius
They've been writing to each other regularly when Lucius had graduated. Unfortunately, he have to live in the malfoy manor with means living with his parents, but that doesn't stop him from visiting Hogwarts now and then to see Severus.
Yes, he still love him very much.
Severus love him too.
Their relationship only grew stronger after all of the harmful stuff people had said about it.
But right now, he is in one of his parents fancy parties.
Weird, all, and by all Lucius means all of the purest of bloods were there. He somehow have to wear his very very very best suit with not a single thing out of place.
Something was wrong
But Lucius decided to push the thought away. After all, Severus is going to graduate a week from now.
But something was so very wrong.
In the middle of the party, his mother and father approached him and stuff something into his hand.
"Wha-" but before he can finish, he was distracted by the look on his parents faces.

He look down and almost passed out with pure shock.
It was a box
A small velvet covered box with beautiful embroidery patterns.
In it was a engagement ring
Lucius want to shout and scream right now but nothing came out of his mouth
That was definitely not for Severus
"Go, go propose to Narcissa right now" his father hissed in his ear.
Lucius closed his eyes for a moment
Everything was too much, he love Severus! Not Narcissa f*cking Black!
But he can't he don't want to bring shame too the family name
And also, who might know what his own parents might do to him if he said no.
Worst than getting rid of him
They are probably going to kill him.
His mother's hand was on his back now, guiding him forward
"Go!" She hissed
Lucius' legs moved almost like it has nothing to do with the rest of his body.
He got down on one knee
He opened the box
He tried to block out narcissa's words. He hadn't even said anything yet.
Everyone looked at them.
Lucius got up and jammed the ring onto Narcissa' finger maybe a little too forcefully.
Please forgive me severus, I love you,
