The Avengers Assassin Mate

Part Two

Eleana

I was getting some of the kids ready to go to the park. I was taking Jenny in a carrier that was strapped onto my front and then I had Lily and Luke the twins with Kit and Beka in the four-person stroller. Faith wanted to come too so she was walking next to me and when we got the I put Jenny in a swing next to Faith and started pushing them.

Ok, let's talk about the kids that I am watching today. First, the youngest is Jenny who is five months old. She is the youngest at the orphanage and has been her all her life. Her mother died in childbirth and her father died in a shooting before she was born. Next is Kit she is four years old and has been here for two years. Her parents gave her up after they could not afford to raise a child.

Beka is the next oldest at five I am not sure how she ended up here but she has been here her entire life. Next are the twins Luke and Lily are seven and have been here for the past three years after their parents died due to an illness that went through where they came from.

Last but not least is Faith, she is the oldest out of the ones that I took today she is eleven. She is mute and had not spoken science she lost her parents in a fire five years ago. When she first came in she was terrified of everything and everyone but she opened up to me and the two of us bonded. I went out and learned sign langue so that I could better communicate with her and she became like a daughter to me if I did not have all the problems in my life I would have adopted her but I do not want to put her in any danger.

After about an hour I told the kids it was time for lunch and we all sat down at the picnic table and then gave them each a sandwich and a juice box while I feed Jenny her baby food. I then felt the mark that was on my right hip start to sting a little which meant that my mate was really close I looked up locking eyes with a boy that was across the park that looked maybe a year younger than me at most.

Peter's POV

I was walking into a park that was near where Steve and Bukcy had said that they ran into our shared mate when I felt my mark burn and I quickly looked around before locking eyes with the most beautiful girl that I had ever seen.

She had long white hair that was tied in double French braids and the most gorgeous purple eyes that I had ever laid eyes on in my life. She was only a little bit shorter than me and had a gorgeous smile. Just then I saw a little girl start talking and that is when I noticed that she had six kids with her and my heart sank slightly.

Where those her kids did she not want a mate and she was already with someone else? I did not want to jump to conclusions so I accepted the bond and waited to see what she would do. When she accepted the bond I sighed in relief and shared my location with the rest of the team to tell them that I found her.

Eleana POV

I accepted the bond while the kids started begging me to go play again. I told them that they had about two hours till we had to go but they could go play. Faith stayed there and pulled out an adult coloring book and some gel pens that I had got here for her last birthday to color while I put Jenny to sleep.

The boy that was my mate started walking toward me and Faith noticed. When Jenny fell asleep I put her in the stroller put the set down and swaddled her. I smiled at her sleeping figure when out of the corner of my eye I saw Faith sign 'He's coming'.

I looked up and saw the boy sitting on the bench across from me and smiling at me. I smiled back and take a deep breath. I figured that he had contacted my other mates that way that he had pressed something on his sleeve as he walked over.

"Faith sweetheart can you go make sure the others are playing nicely for me please" She put her stuff in the stroller and nodded while running off to the others.

"Hello I know that you have contacted someone and I am assuming that it is my other mates so let's make this simple. My Name is Eleana Jane Black and I am 22 years old. I did not want to meet any of my mates for reasons that I am not going to share but it is a little late for that." I looked at him as other people started coming over to the two of us. In the end, all seven of my mates were standing across from me and I had accepted all of them and they had done the same.

After each of them introduced themselves Jenny started crying and I picked her up slowly rocking her back and forth. All of my mates looked at me with a mix of shock and fear. I smiled down at her before calling Faith over.

"Hey, Faith can you please push Jenny in the swing for a few minutes while I talk to these nice people here?" I asked and she nodded taking Jenny to the swing while I looked back at my mates.

"Are they yours?" Tony asked. I sighed and shook my head.

"Not that it matters but no they are from the Starfire orphanage. It is where I spent most of my childhood after some problems and now I help the owner since she is an older lady. But as I was telling Peter here I did not want to meet you because of problems so you should all just forget about me now if you don't mind I have to go I have to get them back because I have plans" I said calling the other kids over.

My mates all looked at me sadly while I loaded up the kids and started to walk away. Little did I know Faith had other plans and had run back to my mates before catching up with me to head back.

Peter's POV

The young girl that Eleana had called Faith ran up to me and motioned for me to bend down to her level. I did so and she hugged me handing me a piece of paper before running away toward Elaena and the other kids.

The paper read 'I am sorry she does not want to hurt you all she lives here and she needs you all I want her to be happy she is like a mother to me after everything that happened to me' There was an address at the bottom I looked at her retreating figure and showed the others the paper. We all decided that we were going to find her again and that we would make sure that she was ok and that she was happy.
