"Kassidy go out, I'll watch Malakai" Margo smiled at me. "But I feel bad."
"Girl don't, this is my nephew...just have fun" she kissed my cheek. "Thanks Auntie, call me if you need anything and I'll come home" I told her and she nodded before I walked out the house and got into the car with Mani.
"Yay! Let's go to the mall" Mani smiled causing me to laugh. "Yeah let's go"

NBA Youngboy's POV:
"There that Nigga go" Kd said as we did a drive by. Three rolled my window slightly down before bullets started flying. I watched as two of my bullets hit him in the head and he dropped to the ground as his blood spilled everywhere.
Three rolled up my window while KD and I laughed and Three shook his head. "Nigga had a family and everything" Ben shook his head in the passenger seat and I sucked my teeth. "Nigga you going soft? Shut the hell up and get this money with a Nigga."
"Whatever mane" Ben mumbled and the rest of the ride to the trap was quiet.
Once we got back, I started counting money while Kd sat there smoking a blunt. "Did Three tell you about Kassidy?"
"What about ha?" I scrunched my face. "She moving to maryland."
"Why?" I laughed. "For college Nigga."
"She going to Morgan state" Kd blurted out and I side eyed him."I thought she ain't find a college" I said growing slightly annoyed.
"Nigga she just ain't wanna tell yo stalker ass. After everything you done put her through, she probably tryna escape you. Exactly why I ain't say nothing" Three mugged Kd while Kd shrugged.
"Ha young ass trippin" I shook my head at everything Three was saying. "Ight" Kd shrugged with a smile.

Flashback (omniscient POV:)
As Kassidy and Ka'mani walked out of their high school they admired the warm weather. "It's so nice out here" Mani smiled and Kassidy nodded.
"Who's that?" Kassidy pointed at a guy who girls were screaming over. "Damn the principal ain't say that nba Youngboy was coming to our school" Mani smiled a little.
"The Baton Rouge Rapper?" Kassidy asked in confusion and Mani nodded. "Yeah Kas but I don't see all the hype. He just another nigga who fucks on females left and right. He's a ghetto hot mess if you ask me."
"Kinda cute though" Kassidy shrugged and Mani nodded in agreement. "We should go, we don't want to get caught up in that shit-"
"Yo!" Kd ran over to the two girls and they both looked at him in confusion. "My nigga Youngboy looking fa a female."
"He's got plenty" Mani pointed causing both of the girls to laugh. "Nah a female that can sing. Y'all sing?" Kd asked and Mani glanced over at Kassidy. "And if we do?" Kassidy asked.
"Youngboy willing to pay twenty thousand dollars for you to do a song with him, but he gotta like what he hear. Meet us in the auditorium. Tell 'em Kd sent you" he smiled before walking away.
"Twenty thousand dollars?" Kassidy turned to Mani. "That's good money, and you can sing!" Ka'Mani smiled, "yeah but he's a hoe."
"It ain't like you gotta fuck him. Plus I'll be there with you the whole way. This will be good for your career. Just don't get caught up in Youngboy's game. You gotta be smart" Mani encouraged and Kassidy nodded.
"Bet let's go"

"There ain't no more?" Youngboy asked in frustration, "wait I dance-"
"Hoe get off the stage" Babyjoe waved the girl off and her eyes watered as she left the stage, "nah there's one more girl" Kd looked around. "You" he pointed to Kassidy before she walked over.
"Go on stage and let's hear it" Youngboy licked his lips before Kassidy walked up the stage steps.
"Ready when you are" Babyjoe said in annoyance before Kassidy took a breath.
"I was wondering maybe, could I have back my baby? If I did something special, would that make me look crazy? If you ask me I'm ready."
As Kassidy sung, Kentrell kept a smile on his face. There was something about her voice that was so calming.
"You gave me this feeling that I've never felt beforeeee, and I deserved it, I know I deserved it-"
"Stop" Youngboy said catching Kassidy by surprise. "You're the one..."
