Kassidy Williams's POV:

"Kassidy" I heard someone call my name. I ignored them as I starred at my aunts grave. She was too young for this. I would've have never imagined that she would leave me so soon. She was basically my mother and now....now she's gone.
A tear slipped down my face as my name was continued to be called. I finally turned around and I was face to face with the man that ruined my life. I shook my head and took my black sunglasses off.
'I don't know what else you want from me Kentrell" I sighed. "Haven't I given you everything" I held my arms out. "If I would've known that this music shit meant selling my soul to the fucking devil...I would've never gone to those auditions."
"Kassidy, I know what you're thinking but Aubrey had nothing to do with this-"
"She had everything to do with it!" I yelled, "Kentrell everywhere you go, trouble follows. Everywhere WE go, somehow, I always end up getting hurt" I cried and I saw the sympathy in Kentrell's eyes.
"I just...I can't do it anymore" I shook my head. "Kassidy let me explain he tried grabbing my hand. "NO" I moved back. "I-I don't need this" I shook my head. "I just can't" I cried before walking away to the black suv that was waiting for me.

"You sure you and Malakai gonna be good?" Scar questioned and I nodded. "Yes, thank you baby but you've done enough, and I know you have to get back to Maryland" I sighed before sitting on the couch.
"Malakai is staying at Sherhonda's but I will pick him up Friday after I pack this place up and we will be on the next flight" I explained before Scar sat beside me. "Are you sure you want to do this?" Scar asked and I nodded.
"I need a fresh start" I assured. "Johnathan It's time for me to move on. I've been through a lot, and I just can't do it anymore" I explained, and Scar nodded before kissing my forehead and standing up. "Bet, I'll have everything ready for you....be safe."
"I will" I replied before Scar left the house and I locked the door before sighing and looking around the house remembering all the moments she had with her aunt.
~FLASHBACK 1~
"Margo no" Kassidy laughed at Margo. "Girl this is designer" Margo spun around while wearing an ugly purple dress that she had gotten from the mall.
"Girl bye- that thing is a mess" Kassidy laughed. "Girl you are such a hater."
"Wear something that I have in my closet" Kassidy shrugged. "Girl, we both know Kentrell bought most of that shit and I rather not" Margo teased while Kassidy rolled her eyes.
"He's not that bad..."
"You're saying that because you're in loveeee" Margo sung before Kassidy threw a pillow at her and they both laughed.
"He's just...everything I want and more...I could see me having a family with him one day."
"A family? Kas, you're too young for kids. You're still in high school."
"I know Auntie...I'm just saying...I think he might be the one-"
"Girlll, just help me find a dress" Margo laughed.
~FLASHBACK OVER~
~FLASHBACK 2~
"I have to tell you something" Kassidy said while Margo nodded. "Okay Kas but can we make it quick? I have to go to work and-"
"I'm pregnant" Kassidy blurted out and Margo stopped in her tracks. "W-what?"
"I'm pregnant Auntie...by Kentrell....he says we're going to be a family...says he's going to marry me and-"
"You're pregnant?" Margo cut Kassidy off and Kassidy nodded with a huge grin. "And you're sure this is what you want?" Margo questioned while Kassidy nodded. "Yes"
"Okay" Margo nodded before walking over and pulling Kassidy into a tight hug. "I love you Auntie..."
"I love you too baby..."
~Flashback over~
~FLASHBACK 3~
"Why didn't she want me?" Kassidy shook her head. "She did" Margo defended her sisters. "But she didn't know how to take care of you...Kas she was young...she didn't know how to take care of you."
"And what about now? Now what's her excuse?" Kassidy questioned while Margo remained silent and Kassidy chuckled to herself. "Exactly" Kassidy nodded. "She's a coward"
"A coward who would've done ANYTHING for you Kassidy. You don't know the full story."
"Well maybe its about time somebody told me. Look Margo you know I love you but my son will actually have a mother that loves and cares about him. He will NEVER have to worry about me abandoning him...EVER."
"I know Kas" Margo sighed.
~FLASHBACK Over~
I sighed at all of the memories that Margo and I once shared. I still can't believe she's actually gone.
She was on the phone with her friend Valicidy when she "fell" down the steps. Of course I don't believe she fell because of what Aubrey said to me but that doesn't mean I have evidence that Aubrey did it....so I have to find some.
*Knock on the door*
I walked over to the door before opening it and revealing Kentrell. "What do you-"
I got cut off by him crashing his lips into mines and I kissed him back.
Not because I want to get back with him, but because after everything I've been through today, I needed the distraction.
