- brunch: 40g oats + 1/2 scoop vanilla whey powder + 1/2tsp cacao powder & 3 whole wheat slices (2x light butter & cheese + 1x jam) & green tea
- dinner: 100g chicken, 2tbsp oil, 72g pasta, mushrooms, bell pepper, onion, carrot.
- snack: 2 fruit flavored yogurts + 3 dates & 1 walnut + 1 whole wheat slice with 1/2 slice of gouda cheese
exercise
