My Best Friend's Love || Hyunlix

<Dinner>

Hyunjin was surprised by Felix's question.  He didn't know how to answer it without confessing his feelings for the younger one. 

"I-I wasn't sad," Hyunjin stuttered.  "I was just tired from dancing." He lied.

Felix looked at the older, not believing what he said, but he didn't push the other. He wants to enjoy his company for a moment. 

"Oh, ok.  I thought you were sad."Felix answered. 

"Do you want to come over to the house for dinner?" Hyunjin asked Felix before taking a sip of his iced americano.  "Mom and Dad had been asking me to invite you and Jisung for dinner."

"Sure," Felix replied.  "Jisung would probably not be home until late anyway."

The rest of the time, they were talking about work.  Hyunjin loves spending time with Felix, not because he loves the younger one, but because he feels comfortable with him.  Felix was the only one who truly understood him.

After 30 minutes, they finished their drinks and cheesecake.  They stood up to leave the café. 

"Bye, Min!" Felix waved to the barista as they were walking out. 

"Bye, Felix!"

Hyunjin and Felix returned to the company's underground parking garage to get their cars. They decided to drive separately.

Thirty minutes later, they arrived at Hyunjin's house. They both got out of their cars and walked towards the front door. Hyunjin unlocked the front door by entering a code on the keypad.

"Mom, Dad, I'm home!" Hyunjin yelled as soon as he entered the door. "And I have Felix with me."

"Hi, boys!" Ji Hyun said while walking in from the kitchen. "How was work?"

"Hi, Ma!" Felix said. "Work was tiring."

"Where's Jisung?" JiHyun asked Felix.

"He's on a date with his boyfriend," Felix answered.

"That's nice...." JiHyun paused for a bit. "How about you? When are you going to have a boyfriend or girlfriend?"

Hyunjin was just listening to the two, and it hurt him just to hear about Felix going on a date, which went unnoticed by his mom.

"Not you too, Ma.". Felix whined while hugging JiHyun. "My mom has been nagging me as well."

"Oh, sorry, Felix," JiHyun said.

"It's ok," Felix said. "I guess I really need to go look for a date soon." Felix smiled.

"Do you want to watch a movie in the living room while we wait for dinner?"Hyunjin asked, trying to change the subject.

"Sure," Felix said while they headed towards the living room.

"Alright, boys, just watch for now. Dinner will be ready soon.". JiHyun said.

Hyunjin and Felix were browsing which movie they wanted to watch. Both of them love romantic comedy movies. So they settled for a romantic comedy.

It didn't even seem they were paying attention to the movie because they were just teasing each other the whole time.

Moments later, Won Bin and Yeji came home from work.

"We're home!" Won Bin yelled from the front door.

"Hi, Dad!" Hyunjin said. "Hi, Yeji!"

"Hi, Pa! Hi, Yeji!" Felix said.

"Hi, boys!" Won Bin greeted the two boys in the living room. JiHyun came from the kitchen and welcomed her husband and oldest daughter.
