THIRD-PARTY POV
It was the following day, and Hyunjin couldn't contain his excitement. He barely slept the night before because he was too excited about his date with Felix. Wait... is it really a date? He just said, 'Maybe.' That could mean anything. I better not get too excited before I get disappointed.
"Hyunjin, come downstairs; Breakfast is ready!" His train of thought was cut short when he heard his mom call him down for breakfast. "Coming!" He yelled back.Hyunjin got up from his bed, showered, and got ready for work. He went downstairs to have breakfast after getting ready for the day. His parents, Yeji and Chanty, were already eating when he got to the dining room. "Nice for you to finally join us." His mom said.
"Sorry, Mom, I couldn't sleep last night." Hyunjin sat down and started to eat. "By the way, Mom, I won't be home for dinner tonight, so don't wait up for me."
JiHyun nodded. "Are you busy at work?" She asked her son.
"No...well yeah, but I'm hanging out with Lixie tonight. He invited me for dinner."
Chanty looked up, "Why don't you guys just date? You both act like boyfriends anyway."
Yeji chuckled. "They're both blind, that's why."
Hyunjin glared at Yeji, "what's that supposed to mean?"
"It means what it means. You two are both blind to your feelings."
"Alright, kids, that's enough. You guys will be late for work." WonBin said. They finished their breakfast in silence.

Felix woke up feeling nervous. Out of pure impulse, he asked Hyunjin to go out for dinner with him. Now, he's too anxious because he didn't even prepare for this. Where am I going to take him? What would he think? Ugh! All these questions were rummaging through his brain so early in the morning. He decided to get up and get ready for the day.
Felix went to the dining room, where he found Chan eating breakfast. "Good morning, baby!" Chan greeted his baby brother. "Good morning, Channie." Chan saw Felix's face, and it looked like he had the whole world on his shoulder. This worried him that his baby brother got rejected by his best friend.
"What's wrong, baby brother?" Chan pulled the chair next to him so Felix could sit. Felix obliged and sat down. He put his head down on the table. This made Chan even more anxious. "Ok, seriously, what's wrong?"
Felix lifted his head and looked at Chan with a pouty lip. "Hyung, I asked Hyunjin out for dinner tonight..." Chan was already clenching his fist...he was ready to throw punches if he found out Hyunjin rejected his baby brother. "And...?" Chan asked. "I don't know where to take him..." Felix then put his head back down on the table. Chan burst into laughter. "Really?!?? You got me worried for nothing?! I was ready to fight Hyunjin; I thought he rejected you." Chan is now holding his belly from laughing. "Don't you worry, my baby brother. I got you."
Felix looked puzzled. "What do you mean?" Before he could get an answer from his brother, Chan was already on the phone with someone.
"Hello, Mr. Park," Chan said on the phone. "Yes, this is Christopher. I'm sorry to call you early this morning, but I actually have a favor to ask..." Chan stood up and went toward the living room. Felix sat there eating, waiting for his brother to come back.
Moments later, Chan came back with a smile on his face. "Good news, my brother." Felix looked up. "I got you and Hyunjin a reservation at this elegant restaurant in Gangnam."
"What? How?" Felix was perplexed.
"Well, Mr. Park is the owner of the restaurant. He is one of our company's long-time clients. Mom and Dad had known the Parks since we were little." Chan sat back down again next to Felix. "And I asked him to reserve a private table for both of you tonight."
