"Are you sure-"
"I'm not talking about my experience in the swamp."
"But-"
"No buts, Katara."
"Hehe, you said butts."
"Sokka, be a sweetheart and buy your handbag before I steal your money."
"But it's so pricey, though."
"Oh, for the love of- take the money!"

I took a bag from my handbag and chucked at Sokka's right butt cheek. It bounced off his ass and onto the floor while he yelped rubbing it. Everyone laughed until the glare was pointed at us. Aang and Katara walked away since Sokka couldn't make up his mind. He finally brought it relieving my stress.

"Thank you!"
"Yeah, yeah, let's go."

We walked to the younger of the group and followed to Master Yu's Earthbending Academy... He came back with rocks in his ears.

"Not the one?"
"Ehh. He's not the one."

Two particular kids came out talking out a championship. Aang ran towards them for info, but he ended up being bullied. I showed a closed smile and knocked Sokka upside his head to stop him from laughing.

"Jasmine, where are you going?" Sokka asked noticing I'm leaving.

"I just want to talk to them."
"It's ok-" Aang tried to reassure me, but I'm having none of it.

"I just want to talk to them."
"Why are your hands like that behind your back?"
"I just want to talk to them."

I ran out of earshot and REAL friendly towards the two young boys.

"Hey, do you guys know where the secret championship is being held?"
"Why is it any of your business, girlie? Go back to your little boy!"

I dropped the nice act and blocked them both to where they can't even get up. When they asked what I did, I simply told them that what I did will go away if they tell me where it's held. I got my answer, and began to walk away.

"Hey lady! Let us move!"
"Nope! Suffer," I evilly laughed walking out of the alleyway.

When I got to Aang, I told him that it's held sundown and in the Lumber Mountains.

"How did you get them to talk to you?"
"What can I say? I have that motherly charm so might as well use it. Let's go."

Aang and Katara were in front of me and Sokka. He leaned down to my ear to whisper something.

"You pressure pointed and chi-blocked them, didn't you?"
"Yep," I said bluntly and shamelessly.

"Knew it."

Time skip/ Narrator's POV-->

They went to the arena. Jasmine in the front row between Aang and Sokka, so Katara can sit next to Aang on purpose. That and she feels the need to be beside the guy she likes while she still can.

As her eyes laid eyes on the ring, memories flashed of when she was little. On days when crime doesn't take up the hours, her dad would watch wrestling matches with her. In fact, they were inspirations to take up all finds of fighting techniques. She was snapped out of her memories when a boulder flew beside Sokka.

Subconsciously, she hugged him in fright and pulled him away from the debris. He looked down at the girl that did so and met her eyes.

"Why did you take the bind off?"
"Its dark in here, so I can," Jasmine shrugged.

Sokka nodded and payed attention to the arena. While Aang and Katara quietly watched, the older of the bunch got riled up during each match. Jasmine felt herself go back in time when she used to yell at the TV; she's happy about reliving it again with friends. In the mean time, Sokka kept glancing at her smiling and excited occasionally while holding his waist. His heart sped up at such a rare and beautiful sight.
