"run boy run! they're trying to catch you."

Alice is holding the logs in place while Charlotte wrapped rope around them, securing them tightly together. Sweat glistening on her forehead from the warmth of the sun. Beside her a guy drops the log, seemingly injured or simply exhausted.

Alice helps the guy up asking if he's okay. He is about to answer her before Murphy strutted up to them complaining, "Hey. You think the Grounders are just gonna wait for us to finish the wall? Maybe we should let the little girl do the lifting for you huh?"

"I just need some water, okay? Then i'll be fine." The guy tells Murphy as he looks at the ground.

Alice crosses her arms, glaring at Murphy. "I don't see you doing anything, you're just standing there acting as Bellamy's lap dog."

Murphy shifts his attention to her, a scowl on his face. He opens his mouth to say something but Bellamy chimes in, "Murphy. Get this guy some water."

"Hey, you got this?" Bellamy asks Charlotte, Alice gives him a questioning look. Charlotte goes to reach for the log but Bellamy rushes forward putting out his hand for her to stop.

"Hey, I'm just kidding," Bellamy softly tells her with a reassuring smile on his face.

Before Bellamy picks up the log Alice manages to pick it up before him, placing it on her slender shoulder holding it upright.

Bellamy looks at her while she shrugs, "I've finished what I've needed to do, may as well make myself useful before Murphy strikes again."

Bellamy chuckles to himself at Alices comment, shaking his head. Alice looks at Charlotte, "I'll see you soon, okay?"

Charlotte smiles at her nodding her head, "Okay."

Alice underestimated the weight of the log, wishing she let Bellamy take it. They drop it at their designated location, she sighs in relief. She grabs her shoulder with her left hand, moving it around to ease the discomfort.

The other guy walks up to her to thank her, she smiles in response. Leaving him to go back to help Charlotte again.

As Alice helps Charlotte put the tarp over the logs she notices Clarke shove Murphy in the corner of her eye. "You son of a bitch!" Clarke angrily yells at him.

Alice immediately draws her attention to the two, ready to see where this is going.  "Ho-ho-ho. What's your problem," Murphy responds, laughing at Clarke.

Clarke pulls out a knife, showing Murphy and the crowd."Recognise this?" She angrily questions.

Murphy looks at her confused, "My knife. Where'd you find that?" Alice looks at Charlotte who has a guilty look plastered on her face. Alice crosses her eyebrows at the girls reaction, brushing it off as she looks at the two arguing.

"Where you dropped it after you killed Wells." Clarke yells, you can hear the sadness in her yelling. Alices face drops at the newfound information. Wells is a good guy, he didn't deserve to die at all.

Clarkes accusation causes everyone to stop in their tracks and move closer towards the two. Murphy looks at her confused, "Where I what? The grounders killed Wells, not me."

For once, Murphy sounded sincere. Alice believed him. Yes he had violent tendencies but she doesn't think he'd actually have the guts to kill someone. Definitely not someone like Wells.

"I know what you did, and you're gonna pay for it." Clarke tells Murphy as she inches closer towards him intimidatingly.

"Really? Bellamy, you believe this crap?" Murphy asks him, taking his eyes off of Clarke.
