"i want you by my side."
Alice is blinded by bright lights once she wakes up. She groans as she shields her brown eyes. She feels better, except for the harsh aching in her head from where the Grounder struck her. She looks down at her shoulder that is now stitched up and covered in a bandage wrap.
Alice slowly sits up as she examines the room. Medical supplies, boxes and wires surrounded her. She was alone. She feels a little upset, expecting Bellamy to be by her side. Her mood quickly changes from upset to worry and concern. Wondering if he's okay and safe, wherever he is.
Alice gets pulled out of her thoughts once Abby Griffin walks in holding a bottle of water. Abby softly smiles at Alice, passing her the bottle of water. "Glad to see that you're awake Alice. We didn't know if you'd make it. You've lost a lot of blood."
Alice chugs the water down like her life depends on it. She wipes her lips when she's finished, placing the bottle next to her. "What can I say? I'm a fighter." Alice responds, lightning the mood.
Abby sits at the end of the bed, her face turning serious. "Bellamy said that you were shot, but there was no bullet inside your shoulder." Alice's eyebrows cross in confusion. No bullet? She then remembers the Grounder piercing her shoulder with the spear.
"The Grounder must've stabbed it out." Alice tells Abby. For once Alice was grateful towards the Grounders, who knows what she would've been like if the incident hadn't occurred.
"Sounds like you've been through a lot." Abby says as she glances at Alice.
Alice nods, "Yeah. We all have." She swings her legs off the side of the bed, sitting beside Abby. "Is everyone okay?"
Abby looks away from Alice, hiding the disappointment in her face. "The others you were with are fine. But Raven and Murphy were the only ones on the drop-ship. The rest of the Delinquents are missing."
Alice's heart sinks, just wanting to be with her friends again. She misses Monty. Jasper too. She glances at Abby, noticing Abby's mood drop as well. Alice reassuringly places her hand on Abby's shoulder. "We will find them Abby. You will be able to see Clarke soon."
Abby glances at Alice with an appreciative smile. Abby gets up, letting Alice's hand fall onto the bed. "I have to check up on Raven. You should lay down, get some rest. You need it Alice." Alice nods her head, not wanting to argue with Abby.
Abby walks towards the plastic curtains. Alice's mind goes back to Bellamy. "Abby. Do you know where Bellamy is?" Alice asks, stopping Abby in her tracks.
Abby turns to look at her, "Kane arrested him for attacking Murphy. They are both locked up."
Alice looks at Abby in disbelief. Murphy deserves to be attacked. He almost killed Bellamy. Alice lays back down on the bed, staring at the ceiling as Abby leaves the room. She feels frustrated at Murphy. He always finds a way to wriggle his way back to everyone, ruining their lives in any way possible.
Alice shuts her eyes, taking deep slow breaths as she thinks about ways to return to Bellamy. She could either get herself arrested or break in. Maybe she can ask Finn for help. He may annoy her but she has to admit that he comes up with good plans half of the time.
Alice decides to sleep on it for now, knowing her brain will work better after some well-needed rest.

Alice gets rudely awakened by someone shaking her body. She opens her eyes, glancing at Finn. She scoffs as rolls her body around, laying on her stomach. "Go away. I was enjoying my sleep." She tells him, her voice muffled from shoving her face in the pillow.
"I guess you don't want to see Lover Boy." Finn responds, a smirk on lips.
Alice turns back around, immediately sitting up as she stares at Finn. "So what's the plan?" She asks as she swings her legs off of the bed.
Finn explains the plan as Alice walks towards her shoes. She effortlessly slides her feet into her shoes, crouching as she ties her laces. Monroe walks into the room, glancing at Finn. "Coast is clear, we should leave now." She informs him.
Finn adjusts his backpack as he starts following Monroe. Alice quickly follows behind, not wanting to waste any time. They jog outside, cold instantly hitting her skin. Alice is missing her jacket, she left it in the room. She wraps her goosebump covered arms around herself in efforts to keep herself warm.
The group finally reaches the holding cell. The dark room is cold and airy, sending shivers down Alice's spine. She can't help but smile when she notices Bellamy. He glances at her sighing in relief, glad to know she is alive and well.
Finn rushes up to Bellamy, followed by Alice. He shrugs his backpack onto the ground as he rummages for pliers. "Get up. We're going after them." Finn tells him as he cuts the wire around Bellamy's wrists.
Bellamy glances at Alice, unable to take his eyes off of her. "It's about time." He says as he stands up. He wants to hug her but by the looks of Finn's face now is not the time.
Murphy stares at the group, "Hey, whoa, wait. What about me?" Alice rolls her eyes as she crosses her arms, not wanting Murphy to join them. Bellamy and Finn exchange a glance before Bellamy leans down to pick up the pliers.
Bellamy walks towards Murphy, an irritated look on his face. Finn reaches his arm out to Bellamy, "Wait, no. What are you doing?" Bellamy cuts the wire near Murphy, keeping Murphy's hands tied up. Alice sighs in annoyance, not looking forward to this adventure.
"He's coming with us. He's been to the Grounder camp." Bellamy tells Finn as he helps up Murphy.
"No way." Finn states.
Murphy looks at Finn defensively, "He's right. Okay? I can take you there."
"Hey, Sterling just signaled. Someone's coming." Monroe cuts in, informing the group. They all glance at each other before following behind Monroe.
Finn takes the lead once they're all outside, putting his tracking skills to use. Bellamy glances at Alice who is shivering from the cold, trying to keep herself warm. He passes Murphy to Sterling as he shrugs off his jacket. He places the jacket around her shoulders.
Alice gratefully smiles at Bellamy. "Won't you feel cold?" She whispers to him. Bellamy shakes his head, "It's okay. You look like you need it more than I do." Her heart warms at the exchange, appreciating his 'sacrifice'.
Alice sliding her arms through the sleeves. Warmth immediately infiltrated her body. The jacket is quite big compared to her, the sleeves passed Alice's hands by a few inches. "You don't think anyone saw us?" Bellamy asks Finn.
Finn glares at Bellamy in annoyance, "Shh. Keep it down." Finn looks away as he continues to lead the group. Alice slightly chuckles when she notices Bellamy's offended look. Bellamy glances at her, nudging her slightly as he repeats Finn's words to her mockingly.
When they enter the woods a flashlight shines on their faces. Everyone stops in their tracks, shock evident on their faces. "You're late." Abby states. Alice let's go of the breath she was unknowingly holding, glad to see Abby.
"Bellamy decided to bring company." Finn responds as he tilts his head at Murphy.
Bellamy stares at Abby as the flashlight shines into his eyes. "He's the only person that's been in their camp." Alice can't help but stare into his eyes, admiring them as they glistened from the light.
Alice stops staring at Bellamy once a guard walks over to her, passing her a gun. She nods her head at the guard in appreciation. He passes his other gun to Bellamy, "Here. Find my son. His name is Nathan Miller."
"Bring them home." Abby tells them. The group nods at the Abby and Millers father. Bellamy grabs Alice's free hand before they set off further into the woods.
