The next morning.

I reached the side gate earlier than usual, and it hasn't opened yet.

I waited literally for ten minutes, it still hasn't opened. I've lost patience, I became so anxious.

What if he's waiting for too long?
He's gonna be lonely there.

I didn't know why I was thinking all of this.

I walked away, heading towards the main gate. There's a distance between the side gate and the main gate, a small walk will do.

But it was early in the morning. For a teen girl to walk down the street alone in the dark, was rather risky.

I don't care.
My heart spoke.

Why the fuck is heart speaking?
My mind was confused.

I reached the main gate. I ran to my classroom. Good morning jog I suppose.

My classroom was on the third floor. I never ran the staircase so fast in my life. I didn't know what and why I was doing all this.

I felt I was going insane.
My heart was controlling me once again.

I put my bag down on my chair, gasped for air for a while, and dashed back down again. I ran to the side gate. Everyone was looking at me. Probably they'd be thinking,

'Why is this girl running early in the morning?'
'Anything so urgent this early?'

But I don't care what they say.
I don't care.

As soon as I reached, I saw Tom sitting on a rock beside the gate. He was looking at his watch, looking a little anxious. The gate was already open.

As soon as I wanted to call him, he turned his head to me.

"Jane?" he called.

I ran towards him.
"I- I- I reached rather early today! But the side gate was closed! I went to the front gate, ran to my classroom, and ran all the way-"
"Shhh, give your body a little time to rest now," he said, smiling.

I felt my heart alive again. The morning was cold, but my heart was getting warm, and my face getting hot.

I grinned back at him.

Same place, the same feeling, but a different person. Noah and I used to talk together here.

Everything about Tom, literally has a glimpse of him.
