Chapter 17: Jealousy

Noah was talking to Claire happily in class. Kaden, Claire, Alice, and him.

I was happy seeing him happy. I smiled. But a different feeling lingered.

Jealousy.

Oh man, just forget about him. He's nothing to you now.

I don't know why I just can't get him off my mind.
He's just stuck up in my head.

If there's a technology for deleting memories. Useless though. After deleting we will still meet again, 'cause that's how it should be. It was planned.

He is your classmate. Only your classmate.
My mind started to speak.

Noah talking to his friends, his laughter, his smile. I wanted him to disappear from my life.

Jealousy.

It was the same feeling when he was playing with a girl at that time.

When I and he were together, well, there was a book I borrowed from the library. We were talking happily about the book, and there's a girl named Luna came over to us.

Luna is younger than us, younger by a year. But she's, just so unique and special. That way a lot more than me.

She came over and wanted to read the book too, but Noah didn't want to give her. Luna got the book from us, and he went to her. Both of them had a sort of playing fight, but they were, too close to each other.

My heart felt a sudden, sadness, at that time.
I guess that is what jealousy is.

For now, I really can't see him being that good. I didn't know why I was thinking this. Just so much jealousy, hatred, and disappointment.

I mean, if he's with another girl I don't mind! I hope that he's happy but don't be happier than when he was with me!

Well, I didn't tell Noah I was jealous of Luna. And that's when all problem comes. I started becoming a little cold towards him, just a little, well I was not angry, but just a little.

And I guess he didn't realise, at all.

The breakup isn't just because of it, if you still remember it was because of my parents at first. Then because of many things, I started to think what I did on you isn't that bad after all.
