"We had a good time today, right boys?" Jaemin questioned the other two lads who were bickering as they walked out of the apartment.
"We weren't, it wasn't fun to use your money to buy 10 coffees when you're already broke," Haechan replies, "But you didn't buy anything?" Harin retorted.
"Well, that's the point. Act poor before people treat you poorly," He answered, making the others laugh at his nonsensical thinking.
"Stay safe, boys. Come again when you're free," Harin said, smiling as she eyed them.
Mark shrugged, "We'd always come if it weren't for the cafe. There were so many customers nowadays," He replied, "Are you coming back to work at the cafe, though?" He asked.
Harin was unsure. She didn't even think of which decision to choose on her days off because of her situation with Hanbin.
"I don't know, Mark. I might quit the job or something," Harin shrugged, she scrunched up her nose, sickened by thinking of working.
Mark nodded as well as the boys. They clearly understand Harin's situation and none of them are forcing her to work again. It's all up to her choice.
"Just let us know if you have anything to say. We will leave first!" The eldest of the boys bids goodbye, followed by the others.
Harin and Hao could only watch them as they made their way to the elevator. Hao huffed out a sigh, "They were so talkative, I almost lose my mind mingling with them,"
"You're not the only one, bud," Hyera butted in from inside, she came out of her bedroom already dressed in her stewardess attire, ready for another schedule of the flight.
Harin raised her eyebrow, "You're on duty again?" She asked and received a nod, "It's not truly a day off when you work as a stewardess. I can't even come back home, actually,"
"Why would you come back?"
Hyera lazily looked at her sister, "Too much men at the airports. I hate men,"
"It's time you get a boyfriend, noona. You're getting old– ouch! That hurts!" Hao whined, rubbing his arm.
Hyera gave him a glare, "I'm only 22. Don't act like you're no different than me, aren't you just a year older?" She questioned, putting on her heels.
"He's my senior for a reason," Harin butted in, chuckling. Hao sheepishly grinned as he hides behind Harin.
"Have a safe flight, noona," He said, waving his hands to the older woman. Hyera nodded, "Take care of my sister,"
"Will do!" Hao playfully answered, he saluted the older woman making her laugh. Once Hyera leaves the two, Harin closed the door and turned around, glancing at the man who was hiding behind her just now.
"And you? Are you gonna stay here?"
Hao shrugged, "It's only 6 p.m.," He said, pointing to the watch on his wrist. "Gunwook will be fine at the dorm, don't worry about him," He continued.
Harin didn't say anything and made her way to the living room where her daughter was sleeping, Hao followed after. They both stared at the baby, sleeping soundly.
"I didn't know she could sleep so well even when Haechan was literally screaming his lungs out," Hao chuckled, staring at the baby with his eyes full of love.
"She's a heavy sleeper,"
"Just like her mother,"Harin rolled her eyes, "At least I don't sleep in classes as a student," She dissed, referring to their old days in high school.
"Hey, how did you know?"
"Hanbin told me,"Hao snorted, "And yet, he said he never cares about me back then," Harin chuckled at his words, recalling back the memories where the two men would fight over something stupid.
