I decided to skip lessons for the rest of the day. Thankfully here, they didn't punish you for ditching or cal, your parents, so I knew that no one would be bothering me for a while. I just really needed time to think about everything that had happened. I hadn't even been here for that long and yet I'd already gotten myself into so much drama. Usually I didn't mind drama, in fact, I kind of liked it, but this, it was far more than I'd bargained for.

After having a mini panic attack in the cafeteria I headed to the bathroom to gather my thoughts. I went to to the town library since McGregor would probably be at his house by now since he finished work really early. There, I did some light reading just to pass time and maybe distract myself from the events of the past week.

My phone suddenly chimed and I saw that it was a message. However, I saw that it was an unknown number, my brows scrunched up in curiosity.

Unknown: Hey. Can we meet up? Please?

Kira: And who is this?

Unknown: Oh sorry, it's Rebecca.

I knew no one by the name of Rebecca and I wasn't sure if telling this mystery person that I had no idea who they were was very nice especially considering they seemed to know me from the way they so casually asked me if we could meet up. I had already upset too many people, I couldn't risk upsetting whoever this was..

Kira: Oh, okay...Cool. So where should we meet up?

Unknown: Room 205, where we met up last time. I want to help you.

My eyes widened in realisation the minute I read the first part of her text. Last time she'd warned me not to go to the party because she was so sure that something bad would happen and something bad did happen. This led me to believe that she knew what was up with this place. That meant, she could be very helpful to me.

Kira: Okay, see you there in ten.

I closed the book which I was reading and quickly shelved it then rushed out of the deserted town library and back to school.

I entered the quiet music room, everything the same as the last time I'd been here and I briefly wondered if this room as ever even used. However, before I could contemplate over that thought, I saw her. She was still as small as I remembered and it never ceased to surprise me just how short she was. She stood meekly with a large book against her chest and her hair neatly combed.

I stood in front of her, arms crossed and waited for her to say something but instead, she just stared at her feet.

"Why did you warn me not to go to that party?" I asked her, breaking the silence.

This girl didn't like starting conversations, I could tell. One of my friends was like her.

"Because I knew that they'd be there and you're new here, you don't know just how dangerous they are," she answered quietly.

"Then tell me how much!" I groaned, raising my voice in frustration.

She looked at me, her eyes locking with mine, "You know how much! You've seen firsthand what he can do!"

I paused. She knew. She also knew what he did. What he could do. I wasn't crazy. I almost cried out in joy at that realisation because I had begun to believe that I was crazy.

"What's up with this place? How can he do all that? Who is he? What is he?" I asked.

"You might want to take a seat," Rebecca suggested and I nodded, plopping down into one of the seats, for once listening. I was also bracing myself for a story that would be, no doubt, a crazy one.
