Bakugou, Kiri, Deku, Denki and I all rode together for what seemed like hours, but took about 30 minutes to finally reach our destination. As we reached our destination we hopped off of our horses as we set up a small camp for the day. Bakugou and Kiri was going out to collect wood to create a fire to keep us warm and to cook some food later, Deku was tending to the camp getting it set up for the day; as for Denki, he tended to the horses. I decided to walk around the area to take in my new surroundings and to stay out of the way of everyone's way.

The weather outside became a bit foggy, but we could still see across the water to the other side of the tree line. I walked along the where the water meets the shore, listening to the sounds of the birds as they sing to one another. I stood on a rock that sat in the water close to the shore. I closed my eyes and extended my right hand out to the water, making sure my breathing and heart rate was calm and mellow enough to concentrate. I focused on the calm mellow water, trying to move in...at least to make the water do something. After a some seconds passed the water in front of me remained undisturbed. I let out a deep sigh of defeat as I can't even use the quirk I have. My thoughts were soon broken when a voice broke me out of my train of thought.
"Hey Y/N, are you ok? You seem kind of stressed about something." Deku said as he looked concerned for my well being.
"Yeah, I'm fine Deku. I-It's just...I can't even control this water, I can't even move it with my hand." I said when I hopped off the rock and back onto land next to Deku.
"Hey, don't stress yourself out. You literally just found out that you had a water quirk. It will take time for you to control this quirk, so don't worry about it. In time you will master this quirk. Now come on, the others are at the came waiting." The both of us walked to the small came where the others were, and of course Bakugou was yelling at Denki while Kiri tried to calm him down. Bakugou looked over an saw us walking towards them.
"About time, don't wander off on your own you damn idiot. You're just like Deku I swear," Bakugou said as he looked at us with annoyance.
"Chill out grumpy pants, we were literally a few feet away. Stop overreacting." I said as I stretched my arms above my head.
"Chill out? CHILL OUT?! WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?!" Small explosions were coming from his hands. "Need I remind you that you are the mate to that damn icy-hot bastard. If something bad were to happen to you our asses would be in some deep shit an I do NOT want to deal with that." Kiri came over to Bakugou as he put his hand on his shoulder.
"Bakubro, calm down. Look, they're ok an safe, that's what matters most right? So relax an lets get ready for training."
"Yeah whatever, let's just get this started already."
Bakugou taught me how to hold a sword, taught me how to attack my enemies with it and how to defend myself with it if I was to ever need to protect myself from danger if nobody was to help me. Deku and Kiri helped me control more of my quirk to get it under control. We took a small break to eat some food and rest to build up more of our strength to train some more. As we ate our food in silence I couldn't stop thinking about something but kept it to myself.
"Is there something on your mind Y/N? You can tell us," Deku said in a calm voice.
"No, it's fine Deku. I'll be ok." I said as I gave a small smile in return.
"Y/N it's ok, ask us anything. We wont judge you for it. I can tell you have some questions." Kiri said as he saw right through me as he knew I had some questions.
"Ok you guys got me, but I don't wanna sound rude by asking-." Bakugou interrupted me in mid sentence, "Enough already and just ask. Stop hesitating, ask an we will answer."
I looked down at my plate of food and took a deep breath to calm my racing heart out of nervousness. Once my breathing an heart rate and breathing was under control I spoke the questions I had in my head.
"If you don't mind...how old are you guys?" I asked as they all looked at me. Feeling like it was a dumb question I looked down back at my plate of food.
"Deku an I are the same age as prince icy-hot which it 1,000 years old, Kirishima is 800, an as for sparky he's the youngest at 200. Like icy-hot, Deku an I were born as vampires, Kirishima an sparky were turned as vampires." Bakugou said as he continued eating.
"Wait, they were turned? They were once humans like me?" I said in a bit of shock.
"Not exactly Y/N." Denki said as he played with his food.
"What do you mean? If you weren't human like me that what were you before you were turned into vampires?" I had a million questions running through my head. Who were they before they became vampires? What happened? Why did they become vampires? My thoughts were interrupted by Kiri.
"Could we wait to tell you about that Y/N? We...don't wanna talk about that night. It's a memory we try to not think about, but please give us some time and each of us will tell you what happened in our own time. We know you have questions; but for this one, please hold off until we are ready to share individually." Kiri said with sad eyes as if he is recalling of what went on that night. When he saw me looking at him with concern he changed his sadness into a smile. "Come on guys, let's finish up our food and go back to training some more."
After we finished eating we got back into training with me practicing with a sword and learning to control my water quirk. Little did we know that in the tree line on the other side of the lake hiding in the shadows we were being watched.
"Sir, do we attack now or-."
"No. Wait until nightfall when they get back to the royal grounds. That's when we will attack, but until then we wait." A deep chuckle came from him as he continued to observe us.
"Yes, my master. We will listen to your commands."
