It was a few weeks after Lily and I had the fight in Charms class. A few things have happened in that time period. One thing that had happened was that James and Lily were spending a lot more time with each other. The other thing was that Slytherin won the House Cup and I got tipsy. A bit too tipsy.
The Slytherin common room which was usually dark and gloomy was now covered in green streamers and the delicious smell of pumpkin pasties could be smelled all the way from our dorms.
Most Slytherins were celebrating the victory of the House Cup like crazy but I sat down on an old fashioned couch sofa that was green. A large orange bottle of Fire Whisky was in my left hand; I still hadn't recovered from the Lily James thing and I was determined to rid the thought from my mind.
A pretty girl with black hair and blue eyes came tumbling towards me.
"Is this seat taken?" she asked.
"Um no," I said and I shuffled to the side of the couch to make space for the girl.
"I'm Naira, fifth year," she said as she took a sip out of the Fire Whiskey bottle.
"Severus, seventh year," I said.
"It's been pretty crazy for me this week, my friends are always spying on people at school and I have a lot of homework," Naira said as brushed back her long hair with her fingers.
"I've had it pretty tough too," I told her and I took a big gulp out of my Fire Whisky bottle.
"Well, it's nice meeting you Severus was it? I have to go though, I might end up drinking too much," Naira said and just as she was about to leave, I said something crazy as-
"Do you want to go out with me?" I blurted.
Naira stared at me with her blue eyes and nodded. "That sounds good," she said blushing slightly and then skipping off to her dormitory.
