I went into the kitchen to put on my apron and brought the dessert to our guests, "I made soufflés!" I exclaimed in pride at what I had created as our guests oohed and aahed. "I've tried to make those, but they always end up as brownies," said Mrs. Simpson as she accepted her plate of soufflé. When Bart heard what his mom said he looked at her accusingly, "You said you meant to make brownies. Any other lies?" he asked her. I heard Mr. Simpson chew his soufflé loudly, "Mm...Oh, this must be what angels taste like!" he exclaimed with true satisfaction in what he was eating. Lisa took one bite of soufflé as I took off my apron and hair tie, and put my jacket back on, "Oh, Michelle, one bite of this soufflé and your father will realize your gift deserves to flower." She said as she and I went over to tell my Papa my dream to be a chef.
