I was currently running through the city trying to draw attention to myself as I wanted to get a murder drone chasing me. I was an adrenaline junkie, a thrill seeker, or as most people said crazy. I loved the chase and it gave me a rush like no other, I had determined that there was three different murder drones in this city, two girls and one guy. My favorite had to be the short haired girl, she was just as crazy as me when it came to trying to catch me. Collapsing building, blowing up cars, risking getting caught in the sun all for a chance to kill me. The guy was easily my least favorite, he was too easy to lose and even easier to confuse. The girl with twin tails was the middle ground between the two it seemed, she was determined to get me but also realized that the chase wasn't worth it after a certain time frame so she left me be for the most part when she did see me as I had outrun her quite a number of times already.

As I made my way through my usual route I found something quite unusual a starting line, I walked up to it and smiled realizing the drones had set it up. There was a crash behind me and it was my favorite one "Ready~ set~ GO!" She says as I happily obliged taking off running. I made my way down a hallway as she closed the gap between us rapidly, "She's gotten faster!" I thought. I looked around for anything I could use to get some distance and noticed a hole in the ceiling big enough for me to get through. I jumped off the wall and up through the hole rolling to keep my momentum. I saw a window on the side of the hallway and a light pole smashed through it "Next stop ground level!" I thought as I heard her smash through the floor. I ran over to the window and grabbed the sill jumping out and slid down the pole jumping from it onto a car roof. I jumped from roof to roof as I made my way towards another building "I'll get you!" I heard her shout as I looked behind me for a second I saw her flying "That's cheating!" I shout as I ducked out of the way of her dive sending her crashing into a car. I made my way into another building ducking under some rubble and jumping a half broken wall, I didn't realize there was a hole in the floor which sent me plummeting down a few floors. I smashed onto the ground hard and laid there for a moment as I saw her avoid the hole thinking I had run down the hallway. I internally groaned as everything hurt "Dam it! At least I got a moment to breath and collect myself" I thought as I sat up. I got up and discovered my leg was injured "No running from her if she finds me again" I thought looking for a way out, I found a small vent I could fit into and got inside closing it behind me to cover my tracks. As I crawled through the vent and made my way outside again I heard the girl stalking around "Come out come out where ever you are~" she says claws at the ready "Hmm not bad looking" I say looking at her through the ground level vent. Once she was gone I continued on my way and soon saw the way out but also her again "UGH!!! He got away again!" She shouts mad that I lost her I saw her take off and I waited around hidden for a few minutes to make sure she left the area. Once I thought I was clear I opened the vent and hopped down my leg giving out under my weight, I silently cursed as to not alert anyone to my presents. I eventually was able to get up again and hobbled my way to the colony again. I got inside resting against the doors "Close call?" Khan asked "No my own stupidity, fell through a hole in the floor mid chase" I say, he shook his head at me "One of these days your going to get yourself killed!" He says disapprovingly "Then I'll die doing what I love" I say getting up grunting. "But it won't be for awhile, I hurt my leg tonight so I'll be resting for a few days" I say leaving. I got back to my apartment and got into bed letting my leg rest on a heating pad as my mind drifted back to the murder drone "She was good looking, to bad she'll kill me if I don't run" I thought resting my head on my pillow. I slowly drifted off to sleep sinking into my comfortable bed.

I was woken up by my alarm and got up stretching "Ouch!" I say feeling my leg aching "Maybe a visit to the doc is in order" I say but when I went to put weight on my leg it gave out "Okay... that's not good" I say aloud. I used the wall to get back up and hopped my way to the doctors office as other looked at me rolling there eyes or outright laughing at me. I finally got to the doctors and got a check up done on my leg, once it was all said and done I turned out I had an internal dent of sorts and my adrenaline had kept me from feeling it before. "Great out of commission for weeks! Hope the drones don't miss me to much" I say as I made my way back to my place, I laid in my bed just thinking of what to do with my time as I had weeks to kill now. I got a few different ones but none of them helped for long, till one may help me get to know my pursuers a bit better. I hopped over to an old computer I had and checked a signal channel for any signs of a connection till I heard one "He actually just disappeared?" I hear a voice ask "Yes! I don't know how he did! That hallway was too long for him to get down before I got there and that drop down the hole would have killed him!" I hear another voice say. "Maybe I can help answer that" I say hoping they could hear me. "Who said that!" I hear the voice ask "Check your radio or whatever you got" I say now knowing they could hear me. "Who are you?" One asked "Names Y/n, or as you may know me the one that keeps getting away" I say smiling "You!? Ugh your so infuriating!" I hear the voice say "And who may I be talking to?" I asked "The disassembly drones!" She says "Well duh, got names?" I asked "None that you need to know!" She says "Come on, you've probably chased me a dozen times now, aren't you the least bit curious as to who I am and why I keep getting you to chase me?" I ask "Come on J, the suns going to be out soon anyways. What else do we got to do?" I hear a male voice say "Ah there's my least favorite!" I say "Ha even he hates you N!" I hear J say "N your to easy to lose and confuse. Try harder I'm getting bored of you" I say as I hear some snickers "Maybe talking with you isn't such a bad thing!" J says "So can I get the third and final name?" I asked "I'm V and I'll kill you next time I see you!" She says "You nearly did today, if you had noticed that hole I fell down sooner I would have been dead for sure!" I say "What!? You survived that fall!" She asked surprised "Yeah, even injured my leg to boot, so I won't be out and tormenting you lot for a few weeks" I say "I'll be waiting!" V says "So J was it? Why don't you chase me anymore? Anytime you see me you just roll your eyes and fly away" I asked laying back down on my bed setting the computer next to me. "Your not worth the effort! You manage to dodge bullets and even out run my EMP! I'm done chasing you!" She says "Ha so you admit I'm better then you!" I say as I heard her groan "So Y/n, if I'm your least favorite. Who's your favorite?" N asked "Oh easily V" I say "Any reason in particular?" V asked "Yeah! Your determination to try and kill me. You've leveled entire buildings trying to get me. Do you have any idea the adrenaline rush I got escaping a build as it collapsed? It's my all time high" I say "Wait all time high? Are you an adrenaline junkie?" J asked "Oh big time, it's why I'm always getting y'all to chase me!" I say "So you get us to chase you risking your life, all so you can get an adrenaline rush?" N asked "Yep! I ain't got anything else to do on this frozen planet!" I say "You risk your life for a rush! What is wrong with you!" J shouts "Nothing really, so what if I do? Are you really getting mad about a drone your suppose to kill who willing tosses himself into your crosshairs?" I asked "Your reasons are so stupid!" J says "And? So what? I'm just suppose to sit around bored? And admit it on some level you love the chase!" I say "I'll enjoy ripping your guts out!" V says making me laugh "That's why your my favorite V! You got the same level of enthusiasm as I do!" I say "Ugh, and why and I the middle one!" J says "Because you give up, we'll run around for all of ten minutes before you just give up and fly away, but I will admit when you disappear and try to ambush me farther along, I love it!" I say as her sigh was audible through the radio "You are the stupidest drone I've ever met and that includes N!" J says making me laugh. "So Y/n how did you escape me then?" V asked "And reveal my secret? I'll pass" I say as she grumbled. Eventually we all fell asleep on the radio which was kinda funny when we all woke up and could still hear each other.
