Chapter 31: Island life

Ben's pov:

It is Wednesday morning. I wake up and go fishing. My crew catch a lot. We bring in 100 shells. Each fish is 5 shells a piece. I have to split it the shells up for each of my workers. I have 4 workers with me today. When I get the shells I split them up. I give them each 15 which leaves me 40 shells. It isn't a bad pay day for them because each day they get payed three times each day. If we catch 20 each time today then they will get 45 shells which is really not bad. After I pay them we eat. After I get done I walk up to Hope. "Hey how much shells does it cost for a massage for an hour?"

"It would be 20 shells."

"Ok how does your day look today?"

"Other then my cooking time then I'm free."

"Ok can I book a massage for all of my family."

"Yes what time would you like for them to be for?"

" Now for me, 4 for Tonya, 6 for Elizabeth, and 8 for Tony."

"Ok that will work. It will be 80. Oh and can we make your massage to be in 15 minutes?"

"Yes that will work. That gives me enough time to go tell my family what times I booked for them and to go get the money to pay you."

She nods. I go tell my family what I booked for them. They all hug me and my wife gives me a kiss. I go and get 80 shells. When I arrive at Hope's hut I see that she has a makeshift table by her hut. The makeshift bed are made from palm tree leaves. It is a nice looking table. I take my shirt off. I have swim trunks on so I leave them on. She starts giving me a massage. It feels so nice. After an hour I get up. I feel so relaxed. I then decide to go to the spring. It just opened back up for the day. I pay 5 shells to swim there. I have a nice swim. I then go to my hut and fall asleep. I take a nice long nap since I am so relaxed. When I wake up it is 3:30. I sleeped through lunch but it was much needed rest. I go and find Tonya and make sure that she is going to be headed to her massage soon and she lets me know that she is. I go find my crew. I let them know that I was asleep and that I was asleep. I go and collect their shells. I split it all up into 4. I don't take any for myself because I don't deserve any. I then go help my wife grade papers. After two hours she goes and gets her massage. I love spoiling my family.
