Chapter 13

"Yes Newt" she whispers "a million times yes" I look at her beautiful eyes and kiss her. I take her hand and lead her inside where we find Brenda and Teresa. The two of them are smiling. We go to our respective classes. Of course we got permission for entering. Alice sits behind me as usual but I change places with Tommy so I can be beside her.

~~~~~~~time lapse to lunch~~~~~~~
We head to the cafeteria to buy our food.
"Take a seat outside by the benches near the sunflowers" I tell her "I'll take you your food" she smiles and I see her walk outside.

Alice's POV

"Take a seat outside by the benches near the sunflowers" Newt says "I'll take you your food" I smile and walk outside. I take a look around appreciating the beauty of the simple garden. I see the benches Newt mentioned and wait for him there. I feel a tap at my shoulder and I turn my head to see a guy with long black hair and green celery eyes, tall and muscular, standing next to me.
"Hey" I say simply.
"Mind if I take a seat?" he asks
"I don't think so" I say a bit uneasy. He nods and takes a seat in front of me.
"My name is Alexander" he says "but you can call me Alex"
"Alice" I answer.
"So tell me what is an angel like you doing alone?" he asks. I blush a bit.
"I'm waiting for my boyfriend actually" I say.
"Ohh may I ask who's the fortunate guy?"
"Newt" I answer with a small smile "tall, blonde a bit skinny but muscular"
"Yeah I know him hangs along with Minho right?" he asks. I nod.
"You can hang with me and my friends if you like" he says "I think you'll have a better time" I raise my eyebrow and say, "thanks but I'm okay with them"
"Well I'll leave you two alone" he says standing up. I look towards the entrance and see Newt heading towards here.
"Nice knowing you" I say
"The same" he answers back "I'll see you again other day" he smiles and walks in the direction of the cafeteria. He stops Newt and tells him something.

Newt's POV

After some minutes I get our food and pay. I head outside and see Alice with someone by the benches. I notice it's Alex. I roll my eyes. He stands up, tells something to Alice, and comes towards me.
"Watch out for her man" he says "she's charming and you never know what can happen"
"Of course she is" I say through gritted teeth "and she's mine" he glares at me and walks by bumping into me. I scoff and finish taking our food. I put a tray in front of Alice. I put mine across from her and sit down.
"Thanks" she says.
"You're welcome" I answer. She starts eating.
"I see you where talking to Alex" I say.
"Yeah" she says "he seems like a nice guy"
"Yeah well he isn't" I say "you shouldn't hang out with him"
"Why?" she asks.
"Well first they say he has been found using drugs and alcohol" I say "and second well... Its just a rumor, but people say its true that he... Uhh with girls he..." I don't finish and just look at Alice. Her eyes only widen.
"He... Rapes them?" she whispers. I shrug.
"That's what people say but I'm not sure if it's true. I don't think so" I say. She nods.

We finish our food quickly and just talk about random things until the gang appears.
"Hey guys we wanted to ask you if you want to go to the kindergarden playground for the last two hours of classes" Frypan asks. I look at Alice to see what she says.
"I don't know guys someone can see us" Alice says.
"There's no one there the teachers already left by this hour" Teresa says. Alice seems to consider it.
"You go if you want Newt I think its-" she gets interrupted by Minho putting his index finger on her mouth, shushing her.
"Don't think, just do" he says. Alice takes Minho's hand from her mouth.
"Okay" she says and with that everyone cheers. We go over to the playground, which is easy since we are in lunch time. We get there and Minho immediately goes running over to one of those swings that go back and forth and is shaped in a weird animal shape. Frypan goes and gets on top of the swing with him. They start swinging and I'm surprised the bloody game doesn't break when it goes all the way to the floor and back. Alice goes over to a normal swing. I follow her and start pushing her. She goes up and down rythmically. I watch as Alby and Tommy start going up the slide. I go over to the swing next to Alice and start swinging too. When I go up I let go and jump. I fall with my feet and walk to regain my balance. I turn around to see Alice jump too. I watch Brenda and Teresa. They are in some sort of rope ladder attached to the wood structure with rings. They climb up and start swinging. They continue to swing calmly when suddenly one of the rings holding the game goes off. They both yelp and fall to the ground laughing. I run over to them to help them up. Brenda quickly untangles herself from the ladder and stand up still laughing. Teresa is so tangled up that she's just looking to the sky while having a laughing fit. I laugh too. Tommy comes over and helps me untangle Teresa. I see one of the janitors come up to us.
"This is why you kids can't play here!" he says "you'll have to pay for it"
"What come on its just a game" Teresa says serious now.
"Yeah its no big deal" I say. Alby walks over to us. He grabs the game and place it back in place.
"See no problem" Alby says to the janitor. He walks over to the game and pulls it trying it. Luckily it doesnt falls.
"Next time I see one of you playing here I'll call the cops" he says. I try to suppress a laugh. Nobody moves.
"I'm serious now leave" he says. We all walk away.
"Where do we go now?" Frypan asks "we still got one hour of classes"
"How about we go to the video room, watch some videos I don't know" Minho offers.
"You know its locked since last time we did that" Teresa says. He nods.
"Why don't we go to the Johnny Rocket that's near here" I say. Everyone agrees.

We sneak past the guards guarding the entrance and walk over to the place. We all order some milkshakes.
"Guys I'll need help on Friday to get everything perfect for the party" Minho say "how about since we leave early that day for vacations you come to my house and we get everything prepared?" Everybody agrees. They bring our milkshakes and we start drinking.

Time goes by fast when you are with your friends. Soon enough we need to leave to go get our things from school. Not to mention we still got one last day of bloody detention.

I know this is more or less short and sort of a filler chapter but next one is the party so just be patient since I want to try make it a great chapter, funny and all.

RQ: which is your dream job? But not like what you are going to study but more like something that you'll love to be.

A: well I want to study engineering but something I'll love to be would be an actress. I would really love to know what it feels like to be part of a project like for example arrow or flash it would be great to get to know people like that and have a second family not to mention make good friends.
