New Member, Ace (part 2)

AN: hey so this is second part of last's chapter. Also I confused and instead of Alice saying the last part it was supposedly going to br Brenda so Ill change it here.

Chapter 7

"We should bathe him" Brenda offers.

"No klunk Sherlock" Minho says rolling his eyes. Brenda stares at him with an eyebrow raised

"You really have a death wish dont you" she says dead serious. Minho just rolls his eyes again.

"Yeah and Newt here will actually become a famous singer because of the video" he says. Everybody laughs excpet Alice and me.

"Which video?" she asks scrunching her nose. She looks cute when she does that.

"Here see" Tommy says giving Alice the phone. "But dont let him see it"

I pout again. The video starts playing and I try leaning to my left to see. Suddenly I lost my balance and fall on top of her. I feel my cheeks turn red from embarrasment.

"I uhh I am uhh sorry?" I say. Shuck it! I stutter. They will definitely going to bother later. She suddenly did something I wasnt thinking she will do. She started fidgeting with a piece of my hair that was in my forehead. I dont know why but I felt my insides twist a bit. I stare at her pretty honey eyes and smile a little just for her to notice. Apparently I did a bad job.

"Are you two love birds finish?" Thomas asks mockingly. Oh its true. Im still on her lap.

"Uhhh yes sorry" I say. I quickly stand up and sit again. I look at Alice from the corner of my eye and notice her blush madly but she has a strange look on her face. Its something like nervousness. Does she like me? I put it to the side and instead stare at some blank point in the pool avoiding the dumb comments of the others.

"Newt!" I hear Brenda yell.

"What!" I yell back

"I asked if you want to help me and Alice bathe Ace or if you want to go and buy the collar plaque and food with Minho and Thomas" she says normally now. I dont really want to face those slintheads right now.

"Ill help you bathe him. You need a man in the house who knows what you are capable of" I said jokingly. Alice and Brenda just looked at me then at themselves.

"Pool?" Brenda asks

"Pool." Alice says. Shuck it! I quickly start running but its no use because I tripped on a towel that was on the ground. I turn to look at Alice and Brenda who are slowly approaching.

"Truce?" I say with a uneasy smile.

"We can think about it" Alice says.

"Really?" I say letting my hopes up too much.

"No" they say at the same time. Suddenly they push me to the pool. I swim to the surface. Ace comes running and enters again too. He quickly swims to where I am. I grab him and he starts licking me (AN Im actually imagining him. How cute!).I smile and put him out. I get out too and dry him and myself.

"We are leaving now on the bikes!" Minho yells from somewhere.

"Dont let Tommy out of your eyesight" I yell back. I dont think he heard.

"Im going to get a bucket and some of Tommys shampoo. You get him on one of the plastic tables and get the hose." I say entering the house again. I go upstairs and grab Tommys shampoo. Hell kill me later when he notice we used his shampoo. I tkae it and look fot a bucket in the small storage room. I go outside and find Brenda connecting the hose. Alice is next to a table where Ace is. Shes playing with him and a rubber ball. They both look cute.
