Shreya's POV ;
"So, how was the food ??" Bhabhi asked while cleaning the kitchen counter.
"It was delicious, especially the masala dal." I answered by keeping the dishes inside the shelf.
"You better not be lying or I'll go all evil with you like they show in tv serials." She chuckled while saying this. I smiled sheepishly and she laughed more.
"I know you won't." I mumbled and she eyed me suspiciously then said,"That's true. I can't even if I won't because I seriously love you."
"Oyeee, you only love me." It was Akash bhaii who screamed.
"No papa, Mommy loves me." Yash too screamed and walked towards bhabhi.
"I love both of you. Now go to your bed." She said, kissing Yash's cheek.
"Good night, Chachi." Yash said and inches closer as he pecks my cheek. I smiled reciprocating the same in return. He's literally the cutest kid !!
Akash Bhai took him to their room while gesturing something to bhabhi and she blushed. I smiled looking at bhabhi but she glared at me. They both are so good to each other. I sometimes wonder can I and Avyank have such a relationship in the future ??
Do we have a future together??
"Huhh." I got startled as bhabhi shook me and I stared at her to which she handed me a water bottle then said,"You zone out frequently. Is something bothering you ??"
"Naah, I'm just...worried. Everything is so new for me." I stuttered and she stared at me for a few seconds but then said,"It'll take time but eventually you'll manage."
"It's quite late. Go and sleep." She said with a smile and I nodded.
"Good night." I mumbled but the smiled and said,"Bhabhi all the best for the night."
"Yaah you crazy.... I'm older than you." She screamed but I sprinted towards the guest room. She's just so cute. Undoubtedly, Yash got her cuteness and handsomeness from his father.
I entered the room thinking this, only to bump with a pole but then heard the pole murmuring something. I looked up at him and he said,"It can be dangerous to walk while sleeping."
I walked past ignoring him and his mocking words. He loves to mock me and it's not something new, he does that from school days.
I kept the water bottle on the table then took my comfy clothes from my bag and dashed inside the bathroom. I changed into my night wear and did my night routine then came out to find him staring at his laptop screen while sitting on the couch. He's as usual in his black clothes but tbh, he looks hot and intimidating in those, exactly opposite of how vulnerable he's last night !!
