CHAPTER TWENTY - The Reality Act

Its been more tha two months since the incident happened.  You were happy that Taehyung was trying to move on and was getting along with others.

"Kim you're playing so safe but you gonna regret now ! Leak the news of his wife losing her memories and forgot Kim  Taehyung"  a certain someone with the fire of revenge on his veins , said while laughing Like a maniac.

"Hyung hyung ! We're doomed" Jungkook said approaching Taehyung while panting "Why what's wrong ?" Taehyung asked out of curiosity. "The news of Y/n forgetting her memories is all over news and social media. The media is very hyped up for such a great news" Jungkook said while Taehyung was astonished.

"It was supposed to be within us right ? How?" Taehyung was confused. I'm sure its someone of your rivalries or probably your rival company" Jungkook guessed as Taehyung thought for a while. Taehyung called Hyunshik.

Hyunshik :
                  "Taehyung-ah did you see the news ? It was supposed to be a secret right?"

Taehyung :
                        "Idk hyung... please bring out a way. You've always been great with calming down such situations"

Hyunshik :
                     "I know but this seems a little dense. But wait there's only a way. But you need y/n's cooperation. Without her help you can't do it.

Taehyung :
                      "I will convince her by hook or crook but for now lemme know what's the plan to overcome a dense situation. Im panicking to the core please hyung"

Hyunshik :
                     "Aigoo Taehyung-ah worry less when I'm here. So the plan is......

"Y/n I need a help from you" Taehyung asked y/n while she was eating her gummies. "If possible by me i will be willing to do so.." you replied as he nodded.

"So my wife losing her memory news was supposed to be very secret and private. But idk by some source its confirmed and now is all over the news. My reputation is at risk. I don't want a downfall of my company since my employees will be at risk too." Taehyung said while you kept your gummies aside and held his hands...

"That's a mess ! But don't worry Taehyung when there's a problem there's also a solution. We just need to find it out. I will go to all my extent to help you Tae. Tell me" you said as he sighed before gripping your hand tight and saying-

"You've to act like my wife and making a video we need to viral it for everyone to know its not real. Since you look alike to my ex- wife....so can you ? Hm?" He asked you as you thought for a while before nodding a yes.

"Perfect ! But there are some characteristics you need to know. Like About her she behaives like a kid you can say childish. She's very clingy to me no matter its public or private. For a small video this much info is very good". Taehyung mouthed as you listened him carefully.

"So all i need is to act childish and clingy with you during the shooting of that short video?" You asked as he nodded. "okay tae i will do that.... But what if we're busted ?" You asked as he cupped your face saying

"being negative makes you feel demoralized and demotivated. So don't. Everything will go smooth like butter okay? Have some belive in yourself hm?" Taehyung said as you smiled and nodded. "I will try my bestest best to not let your reputation go downhill."  You said as he chuckled before ruffling your hairs.

"Tae , how about a live ? What if we do a live a genuine one of you talking and then i will come after a while ?" You asked as he thought for a while and then said "waah you're so talented my girl" he said and did a high five

"Did he really just call me his girl?" You thought by yourself while he was talking about the latest idea you gave him. "But now I've a chance right? His wife ran away and even if not now some other day i have a chance. I really don't feel good by parting a family but i can't see him struggling anymore." You thought to yourself before smiling at him while he poked your cheek.

"You can smile later , let's prepare already" he said and grabbing my wrist in his hold he took me to his mansion.

"Omo look who's here" his mom said while rushing towards me to engulf me in a hug. These days her and i developed a good bond. "mom see you later...we have some work so" Taehyung said while she nodded.

He took me to his room and getting freehned since it was already evening , he changed into his casuals. "You're in casuals but me in such formal attire , wont that look suspicious? I should change too but i haven't brought any-" i complained while standing there and he chuckled at my response.

"You can change into my shorts and hoodie if you want. I would've gave you My wife's but since she left , i donated all of them" he said making me nod.

"Oh they fit me so perfectly." I said while turning towards him only to find his eyes stuck in mine. "It surely does" he spoke with a smile while i was flustered by his gaze on me

"Shall we start?" He questioned while i simply nodded and sat beside him. "Remember to act clingy...my wife was extremely clingy" he said while i winked at him saying "so i am... don't wordy about that"

I said and smiled before starting the live. He was alone in the live initially but then according to the plan after a few minutes i had to arrive and act clingy and touchy wity him. Ugh how will i control my flustered emotions.

He started and talked a little when i entered and sat on his lap , catching him off guard. "Tae are you live , baby?"  I said while wrapping my one hand on his neck.

"Uhm...are you done with your lunch?" He asked while hugging me back. I was happy that this was going smooth until one comment popped up.

"Aren't you both so basic in acting? Stop that's gross"

My face turned pale , reading that when i tried to snuggle into his crook feeling a bit disappointed but still we were acting right.

"Are you okay , love?" He questioned making my tummy burst up with butterflies by the name he just called me. "I just feel sad about the fake news in public.

We do have our personal space right? Are we bound to share everything about us so that no one misinderstands us?" I said while still snuggling while he just released out a sigh before placing a kiss in my forehead.

"Don't worry , they will understand us. You shouldn't be concerned about that and Damage your mental health. We know we're doing well with each other. If they believe us thats great if they don't their fault" he said while caressing my cheek

Then i saw another comment that made me smile.

"How can anyone doubt these cuties. I'm damn sure they're meant forever"

I smiled and Taehyung too. Soon we ended the live and now i was sitting on the bed beside him.

"I guess it worked" he said while i smiled . "You wait here , I'll cook something you must be hungry" he said and headed out. I looked around his room.

I was looking for his dress collection in his cupboard when i spotted a photo frame. I looked into it and it was him with his wife. But what shocked me that she looked totally like me. Everything was similar.

"How can she look completely like me... perhaps-"
