PART SEVENTEEN - The Trial

"That's it... That bastard ran away that day and showing his face thinking im so dumb to not recognise his filthy ass face?" Taehyung growled in rage before sitting and calling someone.

Taehyung:
"Hello Kook"

Jungkook :
"Ah hyung why this late ? Is something serious?"

Taehyung :
"Remember i told you about feeling weird about that Lucas guy?"

Jungkook :
"Yeah what about that?"

Taehyung:
"He's the old stalker of y/n who attacked her that day , remember?"

Jungkook:
"What ? He's that guy ? How can he roam freely?"

Taehyung:
"That's the problem that we have no proof and also y/n think him as her old school friend , she doesn't remember what he did to her. We need to find something against him to hand him to the cops"

Jungkook:
"But hyung , for that we need to collect and work like an detective and if you need my help , you know im always ready"

Taehyung:
"Of course i need some help. Not only brain and intelligence will work here but also our physical power. And who is the dumbfuck to compete with you"

Jungkook:
"Feels so nice that you're complimenting me"

Taehyung:
"Don't take that seriously , that was obviously sarcasm ! And I have a plan...."

NEXT DAY  ; AT HOSPITAL
AUTHOR'S PERSPECTIVE

"Hyung you're sure that your plan will work?" Jungkook asked with a worry laced expression. "Of course it may take some time but results will be positive im sure of that" Taehyung mouthed while patting the younger's shoulder.

"But what if he harms y/n in the process?" Jungkook asked. "That's what we actually want him to do. He will again try to have yn and then only we can have the proof and hand him" Taehyung mouthed making Jungkook nod his head .

Entering Y/n's room , Taehyung was again annoyed seeing Lucas with you and you both talking about old stuffs.

TAEHYUNG'S PERSPECTIVE

I Entered the room but find Lucas and her being a giggly mess , i was annoyed by the sight. But she noticed me instantly which was kinda a relief as she still makes me calm in either ways .

"Oh Tae-Tae , come here we were in the intense part when i didn't able to answer a question as i didn't read the particular one and he saved me" She said before patting the palce near her for me to sit.

"And after that teacher asked you a very hard questions which you failed answering and you gained a detention , lmao" she said and laughed making me smile. "Oh Taehyung , why don't you share some experience with us ?" He asked while I was confused as about what i will share them about ?

"Ah i didn't had any fun happenings during my school time....i was reserved and silent so had no friends and did nothing fun" I said awkwardly as it was true.

I felt y/n holding my hand in hers , saying "its alright...tell me something interesting. Even its about your wife or something... we're ready to listen" she said with a soft tone make me smile.

"Well....you know once my wife had a stalker...the stalker was her oldest childhood friend whom she forgot"i said smirking a little seeing Lucas expression turning blue and grey.

"What stalker ? That's dangerous " y/n exclaimed. "Of course it is" Lucas also commented. "Actually that day she was returning from her work which was a important meeting and i wasn't feeling well so i was home that day. At 11pm , i called her and she was safe and sound , letting me know that she will reach in 15 minutes.

But when it became 11:40 and she didn't arrived i again called her and this time she didn't picked up. I called multiple times and then she recieved very late and shutteringly asked me to save her and the adress where she was in.  I rushed and saved her and that stalker  , i had a big fight with him."

"Woah ! Did that stalker tried harming your wife?" She asked.  "Yeah he was actually forcing himself on her , i came in the right time or else i don't know what would have happened to her " i finished while Lucas was badly panting and sweating .

"What's wrong Lucas ? I don't think the room is hot , the air conditioner temperature is okay..why are you sweating?" I asked with a slight smirk knowing he's the one.

"I still remember his face .....i wish to find him soon and get him arrested " i said while y/n nodded. "Of course people like them should be punished hard. They actually deserve a painful death." She said while I nodded.

"Lucas , aren't you feeling well ? You can take a rest maybe....im forever caged in this hospital. " She said while he nodded before leaving hurriedly. After a while , i thought to ask her about Lucas.

"Actually y/n i wanna tell you something ! It may feel weird to you but , I actually don't get good vibes from that Lucas guy. If i ask you to not to talk to him much , will you listen to me ?" I asked her as she was serious seeing my serious expressions.

"I trust you Taehyung , i will if you're thinking he isn't good ..i will try maintaining distance. " She said while i patted her head with a small smile. She's still the same understanding sweetheart of mine.

"Actually y/n there's a secret you should know... I mean about that Lucas." I informed her.

"What about him ?" She inquired. "Actually the stalker i was speaking to , was none other than him. Its him who stalked my wife" i finally let it out while y/n's mouth was wide open . "W-what-? He did that ? OMG Taehyung we should report him to police" she said.

"I know but as my wife forgot her memories and we also have no proof against him to get him to cops" i said and sighed . She came to me and hugged me , consoling me that "we will find a way out soon... please don't worry" she said while Caressing my hairs.

How she always calms me down whenever im tensed ...back then she loved me and so did I and that was different but things are different here and i couldn't assume why is she consoling me , comforting me and caring for me? Is it because im her best friend , i mean according to her i am right?

I hope whenever i confess her , she accepts me ....i won't do now for sure....i will make some more circumstances and then will work on it.

"Please come to me if i can possibly do something to get him caught." She said when suddenly a plan hit me.  I immediately called Jungkook and to the luck he was free , so came instantly and closed the door .

"Yes hyung , why you have to call me here ?" Jungkook asked while i gestured him to sit beside me.  "I actually told about my wife's stalker to y/n and she now knows its lucas. And the plan is....."
