Chapter 13

"Didn't get to grab the book, huh?" Lilith jokes as we arrive. "Bitch, u fucking left." Erik scoffs. Lilith laughs. "Time for you all to say goodbye." She jokes. "Not so sure about that." Koa adds.

After a long time of fighting an explosion occurs behind me, before it gets me I get swinged away by someone else. Expecting Koa, I look up. "No need to thank me." He jokes. "Zion?" I question. "Oh, u remember me." He begins. "Thought you would be brainwashed." He jokes. I frown my eyebrows as he bends over towards me. His key-necklace slips out his suit. "U have that too?" I asks as I reveal my heart necklace. "Heh, uh." He stutters. I giggle softy. "Aw, no need to ashamed." I add. "I'm not ashamed." He states as he has hot pink cheeks. I laugh. "Mine signals my sister." I begin. I hear him sigh as he looks down. "Mine used to signal my mother." He begins. "Used to..?" I ask. "She's uh, not with us anymore." He states. "Didn't Koa tell u this." He adds. "Oh." I begin. "No, Koa doesn't like talking about his family." I add. He looks down. "Yeah." He says calmly as the building behind us explodes sending me flying.

POV Zion
I hear the building behind us explode, making Myra fly towards me ending up in me falling on the ground with Myra on top of me. "Myra?" I yell. I shake her. "Wake up!" I add. I look over at the large brick on my left leg. "God damn." I scoff. "MYRA PLEASE." I shout shaking her. "Fuck." I blur out. I try to turn Myra around. I turn myself towards her. I groan in pain because of my leg being torn open. I go to check her breathing. "Shit." I yell. I start giving her CPR. As I go to give her mouth-to-mouth breathing she wakes up. 

POV Myra
I gasp for air. My eyes widen and I lowkey blush as I see Zion bend over me. "What happened." I comment. Zion backs up and lays down. I frown my eyebrows as I see him turn whiter than paper. "Everything alright?" I ask. He starts breathing heavily. "Zion?" I add. He gives me a concerned look and moves his fingers. I notice his leg being crushed by large bricks. My eyes widen. I run over to his leg. I lift up the heavy large bricks. He has lost a lot of blood. "Bloody." I joke. I look at his pure white face with no reaction. "Bloody hell." I add. I don't hesitate at all and heal his leg fully. I hear him scream in pain as I do so.

"U shouldn't have." He begins. "You saved me, twice." I add. "I'm-" He was about to say something as I hear someone shout "Myra, are you here?" behind me. I turn around. "Yea." I begin. It's Aarav and a part of the team. My sister runs up to me. "Omg everything alright?" She asks. "Yeah, thanks to.." I begin as I turn to look at Zion but to my surprise he's gone. "For fucks sake." I think to myself. "Thanks to my healing powers." I lie but I make it sound as a joke. She hugs me. Aarav signals to the other half that's its time to leave.
