HALF-BLOOD (Jeon Jungkook x Reader)

Chapter 17

All the students quickly jump when they hear the alarms blaring through the school, informing students to stay where they are. 

Seokjin stands on a table. "Everyone! Just sit down. Don't worry. We got it covered. Remain calm, we will protect you."

Everyone looks at Seokjin with panic expressions. "How can we be calm when the demon alarm is going off!?" 

"I know this is scary and not what you want, but we are trained to handle this. If you listen and follow our instructions, I promise you will all be fine."

The students are hesitant, some want to run and others are too scared to even move. 

Some are questioning Seokjin's authority and are trying to leave. Thankfully, Namjoon, Jimin, Taehyung and Jungkook are blocking the entrances out and manage to get everyone seated.

After leaving the headmaster's offices, you and Yoongi make your way towards the spot you saw the demons coming in. 

Your father and Jungkook's father make their way opposite just in case. The guards are surrounding the school, waiting.

You stop and look around. "Here. This is where I saw them." 

Yoongi looks around and nods. "Let's hide here and wait." 

You nod and follow him to the storage closet. 

You wait until you can feel a strong sense of power. "They're here. I feel it." 

"I can feel it too."

You listen quietly until you hear feet stomping up the hall. You and Yoongi then jump out from the closet, stirring up a fight with the demons. 

"Give us the stone!" 

"Go back where you came from beast." 

"Gladly, as long as you come too."

You and Yoongi groan before you continue fighting them. They're stronger than the ones from before, but nothing the two of you can't handle. 

You're slowly inching towards the cafeteria. 

"Enough!" The demon picks you up over his head and throws you down the hall.

Your body slams against the door to the cafeteria and you land on the ground with a thud. You groan and feel your head start to spin. "Not now." 

Everyone inside the cafeteria jumps at the sound. 

Jungkook's eyes widen when he hears your voice. "It's Y/n!"

Jimin shakes his head. "She's fine. She's got this. Stay here or you'll mess everything up and put everyone in danger." Jungkook growls in frustration at the others but stays put. 

Meanwhile you're slowly making your way off the floor. You take a deep breath then take your necklace off. 

The demon is charging at you. 

But you're still spinning. 

You can't think. 

You're not operating like you should. 

BAM! 

He plows right into you, sending you flying across the hall and into the lockers.

You lay there on the ground. 

Your powers fluctuating. 

Your eyes won't stay solid. 

You're losing.
