Naruto x Hinata: After The Last

Part 7: Family

A couple of months has passed after Naruto and Hinata's wedding. Just after they got married, some of their friends have got married as well. Shikamaru with Temari, Ino with Sai, Choji with Karui, and Sakura has followed Sasuke's journey as well. Although they didn't know if they have got married as well like they did...

Naruto and Hinata has been saving up to build a house in those months. Although Hinata doesn't mind living at Naruto's small apartment, but Naruto himself doesn't want that. That's why he is working so hard on completing a mission in order to save up for that...

Hinata herself sometimes did a mission or two if Naruto isn't available for a mission. But one day, she feels unwell. She pukes quite often and she then realized. This might comes into two possiblities, it could be that she is just unwell or maybe that they will soon expand their family...

Since Naruto is on a mission, she went to the Konoha Hospital to have a check on it. Usually Sakura will be the one to check her but since she is currently away with Sasuke, Shizune will be the one to check her...

Shizune: "So you're not coming with Naruto?"

Hinata: "No, he has been really busy with his missions."

Shizune: "I see... it's still unbelievable to see him now married. I remembered when he was just a kid back then..."

Hinata: (Giggles) "I know right..."

Shizune: "And it's even more unbelievable now that you two will soon expand your family." (Smiling)

Hinata: "Eh?"

Shizune: "Congratulations Hinata, your due date is 27th of March."

Hinata: "That means..."

Shizune: "Yep, you two will become parents soon..."

Hinata just couldn't say a word. Marrying Naruto is already like a dream for her but now, he will have a child with him. She feels so grateful for all that happened during the last few years...

She went to Neji's grave to bring him the news that she and Naruto will become a parents soon. She also feels like he will be a great uncle to her child if he was still alive...

Hinata: Sorry for not visiting you these days, big brother Neji. A lot of things have happened lately. The Hyuga clan has changed to the better, the world is in peace once again, and I... married to a man that I love all this time... and now... (Rubbing her belly) we will soon have our first child. If you're still here, I'm sure you'll be the best uncle... (Smiling)

She then went to the Hyuga Mansion to tell her father and Hanabi the news. It's been a while since she last saw them as well and she decided to also pay a visit since Naruto will likely to return the next day...

Hanabi: "It's been a while big sister! So, did you have fun with him lately?" (Teasing)

Hinata: (Blushing) "H-Hanabi..."

Hiashi: "You're finally here..."

Hinata: "Yes, father."

Then they all talked in his room...

Hiashi: "So, since you're here I'm sure there's something that you want to tell us."

Hinata: "Yes."

Hiashi: "Go on..."

Hinata: "Well, the thing is..." (Rubbing her belly)

Hanabi: (Looking at her) "Big sister? You just..."

Hinata: "Me and Naruto-kun will soon... become a parents." (Smiling)

Hiashi: (Shocked) "Huh?!"

Hanabi: (Shocked) "EHHHH?!!! That means..."
