Taehyung silently listened to the news anchor on T.V. Aera had never seen him focus so hard on anything except when he was photographing. She placed the bowl of bread and cheese dip on the table, but he didn't notice.

"Taehyung?"

"Huh?"

"Are you okay? I know the news is disturbing. How can someone be so cruel and heartless?"

"Hmm..." Taehyung quickly took a bite of the hot crisp garlic bread. He dipped it in warm cheese and the grave expression on his face toned down as he ate the bread. The seasoning was on point. "This is good, Aera!"

"Thanks!" Aera waited for a few minutes and then finally asked, "You okay?"

"Yeah. Sort of. I mean it's the second Korean. I'm just a bit worried."

"Don't worry. You're too handsome to get killed by anyone." She smiled as she stuffed her mouth with the bread.

"Aniyo phabo! I'm worried about your ugly face. Aish what a shame! If only you were a bit more pretty. Now there's no scope of mercy in your case." Taehyung teased Aera as he licked the rest of the cheese out of his bowl.

Aera's mouth was hung open. "Give me back my food! You shameful creature! If I'm that ugly why not hang out with others."

"I don't have any other friend." He took a piece of bread from her plate to finish off the last remains of cheese in his bowl.

"Hey! That was-" Aera rolled her eyes at him. "Nevermind."

"Are you going to the exhibition tomorrow?"

"Yeah. You're coming too?... Taehyung?"

"I've to go somewhere. But I'll join the group before lunch. I'm not gonna miss your masterpiece showcase."

"It's Okay," Aera observed him keenly as he finished his meal. She came closer and squinted her eyes at him.

"What?" Taehyung widened his eyes. "I promise I'll come to see your 'Chaos' collection."

"Nothing. It's just you've been going out alone a lot these days.

"Maybe I'm secretly dating someone."

Aera scaned him from top to bottom, "Like I'd believe you! Forget about it. I went to see your photography exhibition last week. You know about the Art Critics Circle magazine's review?"
