Rukawa Kaede || When Nuisance Turns Into Something

"Oh, you should definitely use this website. It's more fast and reliable when comes to authors- Hey! Kaede! are you even listening?" Yuzuki said as she was typing on her laptop.

Rukawa doesn't seem to respond and when Yuzuki stood up, she saw the already snoring fox, holding the paper that he made as cover to his face.

"Kaedeh!" Yuzuki yelled that she even forgot they were inside the library.

"Wake the fuck up Rukawa Kaede!"

"Hey! Silence!" The librarian said.

Yuzuki turned her gaze to the librarian and mouthed a "sorry". She then tries to wake Rukawa but he doesn't seem to wake up.

"I swear! If you won't wake up! I'm going to leave you here you stupid fox!" She whisper-yelled.

"Kaede!" she said shaking him.

"He's not gonna wake up miss." A boy said that seems to be Rukawa's friend.

"Why not?" Yuzuki asked.

"He's gonna cause a trouble whoever dares to wake him." He answered.

"Who are you?" Yuzuki asked again.

"I'm Makoto. I'm Rukawa's classmate last year. Maybe he didn't sleep last night," He replied awkwardly.

"Oh, and then what? Am I just going to let him sleep like that until 7? Our school is only til 7 and it's already 5:54 and we haven't even finish our research project."

"Well, you're right but it's your choice to wake him up... I should go." He said and then left.

"Tch. How am I going to wake this fox?"

Yuzuki stopped waking him after 5 tries. He's still sleeping like a log. She just let him be and she decided to just finish the paper but she didn't finish all of it since she got tired. She then had a nap because of boredom. She's not used not to talk to somebody every time she got bored.

6:49 PM comes and both were still sleeping. The librarian noticed that there are still students inside the library and so the librarian decided to wake the two.

"Hey! It's almost 7 PM. Why are you two still here? I'm going to close the library." The librarian said and then Yuzuki woke up, yawning. Rukawa woke up a well but his face is visibly starting to get pissed. He doesn't like somebody is waking him especially that he sleeps so peacefully but now, it's not the time to sleep in the library since it's getting late and they need to leave.

"Oh my god! What time is it?"

"It's already 6:50 and both of you were here. You two should go home now."

The two then keep their things inside their bags and get up so they can leave. When both of them got out of the library, the surroundings were already dark but there are light on the way to the school gates.

"This is all your fault! If you didn't sleep, we should've finished our research papers!" Yuzuki complains while walking on their way out of the school.

"You didn't even wake me up, Doahou!" Rukawa replied.

"Oh shut up! I wake you many times but you're a sleeping log! Your classmate even told me that whoever dares to wake you up, you're gonna cause trouble."

"Classmate who?" He asked

"I don't know, I think his name is Makoto? Yeah Makoto. Huh! But me? I'm not scared to wake you up. It's just you're lucky because we're on the library." She said out loud.

"Tch. I don't even feel that you're trying to wake me."

"I did you jerk!" She mocked.

Then there was a moment of silence as the two walks on the hallways. Rukawa looks at her and Yuzuki can't help but wonder.

"What are you looking at?" She asked.

"You're annoying..," He whispered.

"What did you say?"

"Nothing,"

"Tch, whatever. Anyways, you haven't done your part. You should continue that as a homework. I expect you to finish that for tomorrow."

"Don't you dare boss me around-" Rukawa got cut off.

"Oh my god! I'm going home, I really need to get going. See you tomorrow, fox!" Yuzuki said giving Rukawa the research papers they made and she hurriedly left.

Rukawa was left stunned holding the papers with his face getting pissed. He do wants to finish the project but laziness is on him for tonight but as much as he wants to chill and sleep when he gets home, he also doesn't want to fail. He then goes to his bike where he parked it earlier and then he rides the bike to catch up Yuzuki but when he got out of the school, Yuzuki was already gone.

As Yuzuki was walking on her way to the train station, she noticed a group of guys smoking and laughing. She was about to turn back but one of the guys called her.

"Hey!" The guy called her but Yuzuki didn't respond.

"Hey miss beautiful. Wanna have a good time tonight?"

Yuzuki then run back as fast as she can, hoping to find people she can call for a help. The guys then chases her.

"Hey! Get back here!"

"Screw you!" Yuzuki yelled back, still running.

While she was running, a hand caught her left arm.

"No! Get away from me-"She said yanking her arm.

"Oi! It's just me Doahou,"

She stopped and got surprised because it was Rukawa. She then let out a deep breath as she was still panting.

"What's going on, Doahou?"

"Thank god it's you! Somebody's chasing me-"

"Hey! Where are you going you miss- ha? Ru-Rukawa?!" The guy and his friends got terrified to see Rukawa. These guys were the group of guys beats Rukawa last year but Rukawa manage to beat them back alone. After that, every time they're going to see or encounter Rukawa, they avoid him and run. They get scared to see him especially when he glared at them.

"Hey! you mess the wrong girl dude! It's Rukawa's girl. We better get leave now!"

Huh? I'm Rukawa's girl?

The group of guys then hurriedly left.

"Were those guys chasing you?" Rukawa asked.

"Uh, yeah but it's fine now. Thanks! You saved my ass," She then hurriedly walk. "I should get goin-"

"You shouldn't walk alone in the streets especially in the dark." He said out loud.

"Eh?"

Rukawa then points his finger to her.

"Huh?"

"What are you waiting for? Hop on,"

Rukawa then point his finger at the back seat of his bike as a queue to make her ride the bike.
