Chapter - 2 : "Being Selfish is a Sin"

Taehyung stood there holding the money that he had found inside the envelop. He was unable to say anything or even move. He couldn't understand what he should do at that moment.

Taehyung - "This is wrong, really wrong!"

He finally spoke, nervously.
He couldn't understand what to do with the money that he was holding, even though it was exactly what he needed. But he knew for sure that just because he's in a desperate need of money doesn't mean he can take it just from anyone, and it was a customer in this case.
He gulped as he took a look at the money again, unsure if it was real or not.

Taehyung - "With this amount of money, I can pay the expenses of almost four months..."

Ahh no no no!

He felt embarrassed about the way he was thinking. He was really conflicted with this situation. He rubbed his forehead in tension when his eyes landed on the small letter that was next to the envelop. He tilted his head and picked it up.
Since you had left all the stuff for him, he thought that he could take a look and so he opened it.
The letter was decorated with lots of red little hearts, and an exquisite handwriting.

It read as :

'My dear beloved Y/N,
Words cannot convey my love for you. I do not know where all the things went wrong, but I promise I will never let that happen again!
I am really in love with you, definitely not your money or anything!
That time... I was just carried away with my emotions... Just the thought of us not being able to stay together made me so angry, I couldn't control myself and... Did that.
But I really regret my actions, I promise! I will never hurt you again... Trust me Y/N. I'm the one you want. I have gifted you the watch, you said you liked, I bought it just for you. And the money, I've sent it to you to let you know that it's not the money that I want, but only you. You've done countless things for me in the past. Taehyung stood there, frozen for a good while again, the letter still in his hand.
Hundreds if not thousands of thoughts and questions were roaming in his mind. But the first one was.

Taehyung - "Was I supposed to read this!?"

He was wide eyed now, first the amount of money and now this heartfelt letter. The letter seemed like an important one to him, so much that it felt illegal to read such a letter. He sighed, tensed again.

Taehyung - "Maybe she's a rich person... That's how it is for the wealthy people hm... Her name's... Choi Y/N?"

He was wondering what would've happened to you and the person who wrote the letter that he had to write such an apology for you, and had to sent so much money along with a watch. He could even think up a scenario, but this wasn't sounding like something not serious. He didn't know anything about you or the 'Lee Jong Suk' in the letter.
But all he knew, was that these things and the money didn't belong to him.

Or did it? Since he gave you Flowers. He thought but then it hit him.

Ugh I'm sure the flowers aren't worth that much at all!
