A/N: soooo I may or may not have cried into my drama teachers arms on friday😨 anw we will indeed forget about that traumatic event and write a new chapter BITCHESSS ENJOYYY

Taylor wrapped the leather jacket around her frame, inhaling the cologne-like scent on it.

It's way too small to fit a male; Maddie is the only tiny 5 foot 4 person here.

Considering the fact that Maddison potentially wore more masculine perfumes, the blonde blushed lightly, trying to rid the not very pg friendly thoughts in her mind.

I wish she would take this dress off me.

The entire car ride to the cemetery was awkward, with Taylor being introduced to May and Maddie having an emotional reunion. Eventually, it was sorted that Maddison was driving, the blonde in the passenger seat and May with the child in the back.

"We still have an hour until we have to begin arriving. Evie, are you hungry?" The redhead said, looking at the rear view mirror to catch a glimpse of her younger sisters brown hair.

"Yes!" She heard an enthusiastic voice squeal. Taylor watched as the Brit switched to the left lane and drove up to a petrol station, parking the car and looking for her purse.

"Who wants what?" She asked, receiving a response from both May and Evie.

"Tay? Anything?"

"Just water. Sparkling if its there."

With a nod of the head, Maddie quickly went into the station, returning with a plastic bag in a matter of minutes. Handing everyone their items, she quickly reached into her purse and swallowed a couple pills, before setting off again.

"She was a women of wisdom, a women of pride. Margaret cared deeply for her children, family, friends, she was generous and caring." The priest said, about 30 minutes into the ceremony. May had to carry Evie put after she started hysterically crying, returning with a flushed, red-eyed 6 year old.

"I'll hold her." Maddison whispered, as May gave the child to the redhead.

"You're going to he okay, muffin, I promise." She whispered into her ear, as Evie cuddled into Maddie, clinging onto her like a koala. Taylor was on her right, watching how the Brit interacted with her younger sister.

She would make a great mother some day...

Maddie continued to bounce the little girl on her leg for the remainder of the ceremony, keeping her mostly distracted and occupied. When it was time for the coffin to be lowered into the ground, the redhead reached for Taylors hand, tightly holding it as their fingers interlaced.

The blonde gave a firm squeeze to show that Maddie could trust her. And it gave Maddison a feeling of comfort, a feeling she had never had before.

You hate her. You hate her. You hate her.

But it wasn't her fault, was it?

And she's kinda...

"You know what, why can't I just live a normal life? Like as soon as things start going uphill for me, it's like the universe turns against me and goes oh no Maddison Charlie Davidson, thou shall not have any normality in thou life." Maddie rambled. Her and Taylor were lying in their pyjamas on her bed, talking about the most random shit that entered their minds.

"Are you hungry?" Maddie randomly asked, turning her head to look at Taylor instead of the ceiling.

"I don't know, maybe?"

"It's a yes or no answer, dumbass."

"Sure, yeah."

"Good, let's bake something."

And that is how, at 3 am, the two girls were rushing around the kitchen, trying not to make a mess or sound. Evie and May were both asleep.

"Neither ever go downstairs at night, too dark apparently. So we're safe as long as we're quiet." Maddie whispered, giggling. From the sound of the redheads laugh, something sparked in Taylor that made her want to laugh too. They threw their hair up into messy ponytails and got started on cooking, finding flour and eggs and all sorts of things.

As Taylor rolled up her sleeves to knead the cookie dough, she watched how Maddison was doing it with her long sleeves, getting some dough on the hem of her shirt.

Shes always so protective over her arms. I've never even seen them before...

"Oi, pass me the chocolate chips." Taylor whisper-yelled to Maddie, who threw a few packets to the blonde across the kitchen. One hit Taylor in the head, causing Maddison to burst put into silent laughter.

"It's on, you little london girl." Taylor smirked, as she grabbed a handful of flour and threw it at the redhead. With her jaw dropped, she uno-reversed the action, and soon, both the girls were covered in flour. While one was wiping the surfaces from the flour, the other was checking temperatures and putting the cookies in.

Both finished their jobs at the same time, sitting down on the countertop of the kitchen. Maddie lay her back flat against the marble, staring at the dark ceiling. They made it work with the refrigerator light illuminating the room, so that the bright main lights wouldn't wake anyone up.

In the dark, Taylor could see Maddison. Her eyes were closed and the blonde carefully studied her.

The way some flour was still on her cheek, the way her hair was slowly escaping out of her ponytail, the way her shirt was slightly ridden up just enough to see her midriff.

She's just so...beautiful. I mean, all of my friends are pretty, but there's just something in her that is so...different.

When the oven pinged, Maddie quickly jumped off the counter and put on an oven mit, reaching into the steaming oven and taking out the cookies, placing them on a rack.

"Well, guess that's Evie's breakfast sorted. May is going to work at about 5 am, it's 3 minutes to 5 so we better hurry if we want to get back uncaptured." Maddie said, her back against the wall as she held up her fingers like a gun, imitating a spy.

As the two girls ran up the stairs, diving at the bed in giggles as they heard May's door open and the front door shut moments later.

"Tired?" Maddie asked.

"Mhm." Taylor mumbled, already getting comfortable under the covers.

"Goodnight, Taytay."

"Goodnight, Di-di."

Well that's something I've never heard before. It's cute though. It's really cute.
