Landon grabs my wrist that was clenched to my chest.
"Landon I'm sorry" I beg trying to avoid whats next. "I was telling Alaric that I wasn't going on a mission, please don't" I cower and start to cry.
"Stop pretending I'm a monster Hope ," he lands a hit on my cheek. "Stop pretending you're scared Hope, you're a tribrid you're the scary one" he grabs my arms and drags me off the floor, but I fight to unfold my arms and I shove him backwards with so much force that I throw him into my dresser and I stumble backwards and hit my head on the floor and let out a loud cry. I hold my hands over my mouth knowing Landon would get mad.
I just lay on my back lightly crying and whimpering afraid that he's going to come over any second and hurt me for hurting him. But he doesn't so I slowly sit up and look Landon's just laying there that's when smell blood at first I thought it was mine but I should have known I crawl over to him and I start shaking his shoulder begging him to wake up.
"Landon can you hear me" I try to find the gash in his head but there is just so much blood. I dig through his matted blood soaked hair and the (Landon is not a Phoenix he's human he's only there because Raf died and Alaric felt bad, I hate how legacies messed with TVD lore)
I think about giving him some of my blood but if he dies he's a vampire. I looked at Landon and I ran out locked the door. I ran across the school to Caroline's room. Before I even knock on the door she's already opened it.
"I could smell the blood on you from down the hall, what happened" she looks at me and then up and down the hall
"It's Landon's" I choke breathing quickly to the point I was borderline hyperventilating.
She holds my hand and she vamps to the source of the blood. Shooing of the other vampires who were gathered in front of my door. Caroline rushes over to Landon and gives him some of her blood and try's to wake hime up.
"How long has he been like this?" Caroline asks propping him up to see the gash in the back of his head.
"about ten or twenty minutes" I don't know I start crying and pacing.
She looks over at me
"It was an accident, Landon and I were having dinner like we always do and he tripped over the chair and hit his head on the dresser."
She looks over at me again giving a look that tells me she doesn't believe that at all but she's not going to call
me out
Landon lightly flutters his eyes catching Caroline's attention "Thank God, are you okay, do you know where you are ?"
"I'm Good" he groans sitting up and then rubbing the back of his head and then wincing.
"Just to be safe I should take you to the nurse." She looks at the back of his head again.
"I'll clean up," I run off to the bathroom and I just stay in there until I hear a knock on my door about 15 minutes later
"Hope" Caroline knocks
"Yeah" I wipe my eyes and walk out of the bathroom with some towels and cleaner for the blood.
"Are you okay hope? I know Landon didn't trip over the chair and hit his head." She takes a towel and starts wiping the blood up. "I've just noticed you've been really anxious lately and I just hope you'd come to me if something happened or something is happening." Caroline looks over spraying cleaner on the floor.
"No I'm fine we're fine nothings happened or happening," I set the towel up and I try to come up with any kind of story I can and it just pops in my mind like magic "Landon and I were...kissing and things were getting.....he backed into the dresser and....he hit his head that's why I didn't get you right away I didn't want to announce to the headmistress of the school and my dead dads ex-girlfriend that I was having sex." I put the towels in a trash bag so I can put them in the laundry tomorrow.
"Just promise you're being safe hope, Alaric doesn't have to know about this little accident." She hands me the other towels
"Yes I'm being safe"I blush
"Good" she gives me a hug and then she's off to her room

I'll update this story on Wednesdays, I'll warn in advance if I can't get a chapter out by Wednesday but I should the only way I wouldn't is if I'm having a health issue
