It was a cloudy day, and a ship was at sea. You were able to smell the salty sea air, the dolphins happily playing in the water and here is where we meet Prince Adrien Agreste, he was the son of King Gabriel Agreste of their lovely kingdom. Prince Adrien was out in the middle of the sea for his 18th birthday, and his fathers right hand woman Natalie was with him to accompany him since his own father could not attend for his own son which was not surprising for Adrien, his father felt like he was never in his life. Oh! And also, he had his cat with him, Plagg!
"Oh how I love having the salty sea air blow in my face again Plagg!" Adrien said.
He took a deep breath to breathe in the salty sea air he loved so much, and to be honest, it reminded him of when his mother would take him to the beach and would play in the water and find sea shells together, he practically grew up in the ocean and he missed his dear mother so much and she even was the better parent figure to him. She was the reason to why Adrien loved the ocean so much.
" Adrien, I don't see what you love so much about the sea so much." Natalie said.
She was not so much of a fan of the sea and sorta gets sea sick but she does it all of Adrien, she really cares for him like if he was her son.
"I can't help it! It brings me so much joy Natalie!"
"Are you ready for the party tonight Adrien? It's going to be very special since your turning 18! Exciting huh?"
"Yeah...sure."
Adrien starts to daydream about growing up and having to marry someone he probably won't know well and knowing his father, he'll probably force him to marry someone he doesn't love. He was definitely not looking forward to the future.
