It's was the next day and Adrien wanted to wake Marinette wake himself. He was walking down the halls towards her room. He carefully started knocking.
"Marinette! It's me Adrien! It's time to get up if you wanna see the town!"
Adrien waited for a response and got nothing, he waited a couple of seconds for to see if he would hear any movement but nothing again.
"I'm coming in!"
He slowly opened the door and walked in the room quietly. He made his way over to the bed to see a sleeping bluenette. Adrien couldn't help but have a little smile across his lips looking at the sight before him. Marinette was in her silky nightgown and was all covered up in the covers and seems to be fast asleep. Adrien didn't want to wake sleeping beauty but he knew she really wanted to see the town with him. He gently sat down on the bed side close to her, and gently started stroking her arm. ' her skin is so soft.' He thought. He then noticed her hair and started running his fingers in it also noticing the softness. She started to stir and turned around her with half open lid eyes and saw Adrien. Adrien's smile made her smile and pull him down for a hug. He was taken a back by the action but quickly hugged her back tightly.
"Good morning!" He said
He pulled her up by the waist and lower back to sit her up without breaking the hug until she yawned and stretched. He giggled but found it cute. Adrien got up from the bed and held out his hand for Marinette.
" I wanna pick out your outfit for today!"
She took his hand and was pulled up- out of bed. He led her to the big closet and he started looking around. He wasn't really sure what she should wear until his eyes landed on a beautiful blue and black dress. And in the closet, was a matching blue bow. He quickly grabbed the outfit and gave it to Marinette and told her to go get dressed in it and he wanted to see if that was the outfit. She went behind the curtain thing (idk what they call those) and started getting dressed as Adrien was waiting, sitting on her bed.
She finally revealed herself and Adrien felt like he had lost his breath, the dress looked so nicely on her. 'It hugs around her waist and chest so nicely' he thought to himself.
(Just so people know, it's going to be the blue dress Ariel wears in the original cartoon.)
He grabbed the bow and asked Marinette if it was ok if he did her hair. She nodded and he started getting to work. Adrien was brushing Marinette's hair and putting it into a half up- half down hair style. Once that was done, he grabbed the bow and placed it in her hair, she had put on black flats and Adrien couldn't take his eyes off of her.
"You look beautiful princess." Adrien said with a soft smile. Marinette was smiling and blushing and went up to him to hug him. He hugged her back and now the both of them were just enjoying each others presence.
Time skip:
Marinette and Adrien were wondering around town doing cute things together like taking a stroll, getting ice cream and even dancing together. A lot of people started to notice them together and wondered if the Prince finally had a girlfriend. Back to Adrien who was teaching Marinette the steps and she as starting to get the hang of it. Adrien was holding Marinette so gently. They were locking eyes and then Adrien had Marinette to a dip. Eyes on one another, admiring each other's features. Adrien slowly brought Marinette back up, Stil holding her and the crowd started to cheer.
It was now getting darker, now the evening night sky was bright.
"I have someplace I wanted to show you." Adrien said. He grabbed Marinette's hand and led her all the way to a small little row boat. She quick got on and Adrien got in as well and started paddling. They were in a lake hearing nothing but little cricket chirps and other little sounds that surrounded them. There was an awkward silence but it was also comfortable at the same time.
Meanwhile with Sebastian, Tikki and Scuttle:
"They still haven't kissed! What are we going to do?!?" Tikki said with a worried tone.
"Oh I know! What if we sang to them!" Scuttle said and started to squawk out nonsense. "SQUAWK SQUAWK SQUAWK!!!!"
"SCUTTLE! ENOUGH!" Sebastian said clearly frustrated.
"Fine Fine do you have a better idea?" Scuttle said raising an eyebrow.
"Your idea was good! But let's change it up a bit" Sebastian said with a little smile tugging his lips.

Marinette and Adrien were now sitting next to each other looking into each other's eyes. Marinette decided to lay down and look at the stars in the sky. Adrien saw this and joined her. Adrien started talking about all sorts of constellations and Marinette was fascinated.
"Hey I-" Adrien paused before he decided to continue. "I never got your name." Marinette was now laying on her side facing Adrien. Adrien couldn't help but think I'm that moment, he wanted Marinette all to himself. He started guessing every name he could think of and nothing. Until Sebastian came in to the rescue.
"Marinette, her name is Marinette." He said in Adrien's ear without noticing.
"Marinette..?" Marinette looked at him with glee. "I was right! Marinette...that's a beautiful name." Marinette felt her cheeks go red and had to look away. She was in so much awe, she knew that she was head over heels for this boy. And she looked back up with a shy smile.

They were about to kiss until they fell over into the water. Marinette was trying to stay up float but was struggling and Adrien came to pull her up. They got back into the boat and hugged tightly onto each other like if they were scared to lose each other.
"Are you ok Marinette?" He asked but pulled away to pull her face up to look at him and to cup her cheek. Her eyes fluttered open and nodded she kissed his cheek and as a sign for thank you. He loved her kiss so much, he gave her a kiss on the forehead and hugged her again and now she was on his lap. He was holding onto her waist and gently rubbing her back to show that he was here for her. Her head was now in the crook of his neck, her hot breath against his skin like how they first meet. Eyes both closed just taking in the warmth of their embrace.
